As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. Navy No. 9, is a delightful beach cottage, only a short walk to Safety Beach and 200m away from Safety Beach Dog Beach. It's perfect spot to visit all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. It's also closely located to Martha Cove Marina and Safety Beach Sailing Club. The cottage has fresh decor, open plan kitchen, living room with views to Arthurs Seat and huge outside deck seats 8. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed while the bunk room sleeps 4.

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
