The 4 friends that stayed in Ryan’s home, for the first or second time in 30+ years of renting houses, all agreed that this was a home we would return to. Great location, receptive host, and very comfortable setup.

This was a very peaceful setting. Enjoyed the wildlife and sitting on the back deck looking at the stars. Sharon our host was very friendly and accomodating,

We had a group of 6 at the house and this worked about very nicely. Beautiful property, comfortable beds, and nice furnishings. Michelle was also very responsive before and during our trip. Would rent again.

Great location, lovely house! it was particularly nice that there was a driveway, as street parking can sometimes be challenging in popular neighborhoods. The hosts were very communicative about the property and that a worker was coming over(outside) to fix something. Was a great stay, just wish we had more time! Also the neighborhood has so many great bars and food spots.

I couldn’t imagine a better Airbnb while staying at Mt Hood. The home is absolutely gorgeous, extremely well cared for, pristinely clean, conveniently located a block from grocery options and a short drive to the primary areas to play on the mountain such as skibowl, Timberline and Meadows… it’s the perfect home-base for your Mt Hood gateway.

We had a great stay at this property! Initially, there was a bit of confusion with the door code provided in the instructions, but the host was very responsive and helped us get in quickly, which we really appreciated. The interior of the home is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the hot tub—it was clean, fully functional, and a great way to relax on a crisp autumn evening. Overall, a wonderful experience with a helpful host and a lovely property. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, beautiful location! The renovations make the space modern and useable while keeping a warm, homie feel. All entertainment equipment was well stocked, clean, and maintained, but also organized and free of clutter which made the use of the space much more inviting and enjoyable. Only downfalls would be the need for more seating in the living area, cob webs need cleaning out, and minor fixes in the bathroom sink faucet and doorway…. Nothing serious but just small details to point out when you want a worry free stay. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely rebook whenever in the area!

Eric's place was a very comforting and relaxing space for a few friends and I to have a staycation and catch up! I would recommend. It is in a quiet neighborhood, the bed is comfy and has all the things that you need.

Great time as always! We’ve stayed here twice now. Such a peaceful stay and serene while being close to the store/essentials.

The home is beautiful and just as described. Hot tub with the amazing view was so relaxing!

+: Looking forward to returning with my family. Host was attentive and quick to respond. Beds were all comfy. Place stayed warm the entire time. Home has a lot of essentials in kitchen and even board games! Hot tub was relaxing. Tons of towels were easy to access if needed. Location was great, serene sounds and close to many trails. -: (I’m being picky here) Downside is that I feel like check-in could be an hour earlier since we are responsible for starting loads of sheets and taking trash out. Found a few dust balls in living room, cobwebs on the chandelier and Cheetos under one of the beds.

The home was absolutely lovely when coming in the directions for entry were very clear, entering the house it was very very clean organized and decorated very well we loved how everything had a spot and the outdoor door patio/hot tub area were very cozy as well as the game room downstairs and the really cool vinyl record player that was there it was a really nice place to spend time with the family and we’re glad to experience it thanks to Ryan and Lindsay for being so helpful as well in any case something came up I could reach out to them an get an immediate response.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our visit, making everything feel so easy and welcoming. We especially appreciated the emphasis on creating a family-friendly environment — it made our trip even more special. Great memories were made, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Wonderful accommodations. Hot tub was lovely, cabin privacy and forest surrounding were just as described. This was the perfect location to take some groceries and a good book. We made our own dinner, all required kitchen items were included, including everything needed to clean up after ourselves. Our pup loved it there as well. I'm not sure it's listed in the description but the stairs to the second floor were very steep with no traction. had to carry the husky down them for her safety. Other than that this place is absolutely perfect!

Loved staying here! It was the perfect cozy getaway. The home was comfy, clean and stocked.

Great house, great location and sparkling clean! At first, we were thinking that there is nowhere to walk our dog. We like very long walks at least three times a day. Next day we found the pass to the other part of the neighborhood with unlimited amount of trails along the river and in the forest. It is just couple minutes away from the house. Our favorite forest entrance is the one dedicated to Ladybug dog. It is a very nice pass to the river. The living room has big enough table for the board games nights. I see that some people complain about the mattress. It is memory foam one. You either like this type or you don’t in general. It worked perfectly for me, though my husband complained it is too soft for him. Kids really liked upstairs beds. The house also equipped with everything for the dogs. We didn’t need it as we bring everything for our pup as we travel a lot and many houses don’t have dog items. You will find: bowls, towels, poop bags, etc. Thank you for having us!
