You will get to enjoy the outdoors and watch all the birds in this peaceful quiet serene. You can also fish, enjoy the firepit or sit on the swings under the porch! The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.
