We had a wonderful week long offseason stay in CB. Amenities were exactly as advertised. Location is great! We walked to the nearby playground multiple times and enjoyed the spacious back deck. Would recommend and stay again!

very nice home in a great location. good access to local transportation which is key in ski season. Street parking during the winter requires moving the car every day. The parking ticket fees are very high. It would be nice if this info was provided in the AirBnB description so guests could be aware prior to arrival.

We found this home ideal for a multi-generational family of 6. The listing says it can accommodate 9 but I wouldn't recommend more than 6 unless the other three are small children. BUT, it was perfect for 6 adults. We LOVED having a garage since the January temperatures were sub zero. We LOVED having an abundance of wood for the fireplace and used it daily. We always choose rentals with a washer and dryer as well. The instructions were clear and concise and the preparations at check-out minimal, which is always appreciated since a fee is charged for cleaning and hosting. The views of the mountain and ski resort were perfect with all the tall windows. I loved the sunshine on those bitter cold days.

Awesome place for a ski week in Crested Butte. The home is super comfortable and complete with amazing views. Loved soaking in the views while enjoying a cup of coffee from the comfortable living room each morning. Would stay again without hesitation.

Unfortunately it was “mud season” so our hiking plans were cancelled but fortunately we were able to stay in a clean Airbnb with a great view. Not too far from the town area too. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends! Thank you

Location location location! Right at the base of the resort with town shuttle bus stop right in front... amazing. Loved hot tub/heated pool. EV charging station was super convenient. The unit is cute, clean, and had everything we need. Loved this place, The host was easy to get in touch with and she made sure we got everything we need & comfortable. Thank you!

Great place to stay for my family ski vacation, very comfortable and location was perfect for skiing.

We loved our trip to Crested Butte. Patricio’s condo was just the right size and is steps from the lifts. The shuttle to town is super convenient and the Grand Lodge amenities are great. Best hot tub in the base area. Great host, very responsive. We will book this place again.

This place was great- it’s clean, has everything you need and in the perfect location to walk steps to the slopes. Host is responsive and accommodating and the building has a pool, hot run and easy access to the bus downtown. Definitively recommend!

The location and value of this unit are hard to beat. It’s an easy walk to the lifts, especially if you take advantage of the ski check in the village (free for those staying here) and an easy and very short drive to the main drag of Crested Butte (where we enjoy great dinners). My kids loved the pool, particularly the swim through indoor/outdoor feature. As described, the unit (and surrounding units) is pet friendly. Because of this, we saw pet hair in the unit and heard dogs in other units often, but we expected this.

Can’t beat the location of grand lodge! Our stay was perfect with our dog with easy access to skiing and walking around the base. Love the free cb bus as well to go to town.

Everything made for an easy, peaceful, enjoyable trip. There is a gift store if you forget anything, walking distance to ice cream and live music, free and easy parking, pool/hot tub, no need for elevators, the free bus makes everything accessible, ski valet, happy hour in the sunshine, ability to come back and make lunch. I could go on! The unit is nice - it's not too noisy on the first floor with the plug-in fan - and is just a few feet from the pool/hot tub, which is so nice. The finishing touches from Hunter really make it special - the lighting, more soundproof/decorative wood wall, and the paint, and kitchen appliances. The functionality of the space was also nice - the murphy bed is super easy to use and the kitchen is easy to keep clean. The building could use some minor cosmetic updates and a nice deep cleaning. And it would be awesome if the restaurant was decent. Otherwise, amazing few days stay. Thank you!

Great host and great location. The house has beautiful views and your own little oasis with a hot tub, it's the perfect place to stay for a ski trip!

Bryce is an amazing guy. He is super friendly, very easy to communicate with and his place is amazing. We have been there twice now and will be back as many times as possible in the future. The place is in an amazing spot if you like peace and quiet and enjoy being out in the country. There are some neighbors around but not right out your back door. We met 3 different people that live around there and they were all super cool and very friendly. If you are looking for a super peaceful getaway out away from town and a host that is awesome with a super nice place, contact Bryce.

This place is beautiful. The design, furniture, and location are all superb and extremely comfortable. It has everything you need. Everything. Note: the cozy heated garage is too low for an outback with a pod. So you have to be prepared to unload your pod and remove it if you want to park inside (and no one is shoveling outside in the winter so…). My family of four was very happy here working, skiing, and relaxing.

A delightful cozy rustic cabin full of love light and joy! Super comfortable bed, cozy couch lovely relaxing lazyboy and a quaint well stocked kitchen. It feels so much like my beloved grammys home with the soft carpet the darling nick-nacks the antique furniture, and a perfect clean bathroom and even a washer and dryer. Its just super sweet this place felt right at home easy to relax.

We loved the location! The lifts and hiking/biking trails are right outside the door and the views of the nearby mountains are breathtaking. The beds were comfy and the place felt very cozy. I also liked the layout (bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home). Be bear aware! There were 2 cubs on the patio one night. We met two of the neighbors and they were super friendly :) I love staying in a place with a nice local feel and being able to bring our dogs with us was the cherry on top! Also loved the book and board game closet. Only things to note are that the hot tub is only open during ski season (as mentioned in the listing description) and the hosts provided soap/shampoo/conditioner, salt and pepper and some olive oil but make sure to bring your own ground coffee (they provide filters and a coffee machine) and charcoal if you’d like to use the grill. We had to pop out to the store twice to get things we figured would be provided, but overall 5 star stay and we cant wait to return!
