It's a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. It's only a couple of minutes walk to Gleneagles Hotel if you have an event there or are going for food or a drink. We were using it to attend a family wedding and the location could not have been more perfect for us. There are also lovely walks right on your doorstep.

Just what we needed as a base to visit everything we wanted to in Edinburgh. with having a small child an apartment with all described facilities was great. Ben was really responsive aswell any time we had questions. thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay here!! The location was perfect, and we were easily able to walk to all the places we wanted to go visit around the city. The home itself was exactly as described, it was very clean and cozy, and we had everything we needed. Marion was a great host - I would absolutely stay again!

This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

We found the house to comfortable and clean, the beds were great with good quality mattresses and linen. The lounge was very comfortable and a good size. It was good to have the drive way as the streets around had a lot of cars fighting for space. The house is in an estate that has some really run down properties/areas but the house itself is next to some nice friendly neighbours (Annie with the two Chihuahuas!) We found it to be quiet at night. The cons: quite far away from town, you could walk but it's about 30 mins. There are some niggly issues with squeaky hinges, dodgy door handles and a window that wouldn't shut properly in the bathroom, but these were irritations rather than deal breakers. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay, any queries or issues were sorted quickly. Had everything we needed - towels, cooking things, some toiletries. Garden got the evening sun and plenty of seating for the group.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. Great place, photos don’t do it justice. House is lovely and it’s very peaceful and quiet. Very close to Glasgow, would definitely stay again.

This flat is in a great location for accessing Glasgow city centre. Good bus and rail links. Check in/out was very easy and communication with the host was easy. Once inside we found it to be one of the cleanest and comfiest Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Kitchen was well stocked and a nice garden to relax in. This was a perfect place for our stay in Glasgow.

Place was exactly as expected. We only had a short stay, but found all the amenities and space that we needed and expected from the listing. Connie and co hosts were great and were very responsive prior to our stay and throughout.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

We had the best time here! Scott helped us out a lot by accomodating us a day early when our when broke down. The place was clean and very modern, everything we needed was there! We walked into the city almost every day but the subway is fairly close so that is an option too. You don't have to go far for the best food, our favourite place was just 10 mins walking distance! We will absolutely come back to Scotts' when we come back to Glasgow!

A super, well equipped, quiet and very comfortable apartment in great location. We only used for a single night to watch a show at the Playhouse but it would also be great for longer stays.

Het appartement van Sue is ontzettend fijn en knus. Leuke details, goede bedden, twee badkamers en op loopafstand van de bus. Sue is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik raad dit van harte aan!

The stay was excellent. Really cosy and comfortable apartment. Dora was so sweet and we received kind hospitality.

Paul’s apartment was perfect for our stay and easily accommodated 5 of us comfortably. Everything needed for our stay was provided and Paul’s availability to answer any queries went above and beyond. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be just a short distance from the busy hustle and bustle of Edinburgh centre but close enough to get there easily and quickly.
