Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short golf cart ride from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

The Highland GrainBin, Highland Cows, Firepit

Welcome to our charming boho-inspired Grain Bin Cabin, the Highland is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

Cozy Cabin at Water's Edge

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind. We have no TVs in the cabin, but offer fast and free wifi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held on the property.

NO PETS NO PETS NO PETS This gorgeous lakefront 3 bdrm/3 bath home has a dock w/swim platform and a covered 12 x 32 boat slip for your boat. The home is virtually at the waters edge. Lower level w/bar, pool table & big projection screen provides lots of entertainment. Enjoy gorgeous evenings from the deck, patio or the 3 seasons sunroom. Grill out or enjoy the outdoor fire table. Lick Branch Cove@ 5mm. Watercraft rentals available from local vendors.

Farm House

Enjoy you stay at a 1950 farm house on a working cattle hobby farm. come and relax and watch the cattle grazing in the grass. the set of double beds are up a flight of stairs. We have plenty of parking, We are only a few minutes from the small town of Versailles. and only 13 minutes to the lake of the Ozarks lake access. No TV but do have WIFI. The water here at the farm does have a sulfur smell, so we do provide bottled drinking water for your stay.

8MM Cottage w/dock & slip in cove

Our family cottage sits on 100’ of lakefront in a natural lake setting. Spacious living with expansive views and a private dock. Swim off the dock or relax on the lily pad from dawn until dusk and enjoy sunset over the large, protected cove. Create more lake memories at our fire-pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.

Lakeside A-Frame Cabin at Lake of the Ozarks

Escape to our cozy A-frame cabin located on the Gravois Mills Arm of Lake of the Ozarks. Stunning views and just steps away from the water with your own private swimming dock. Located within a quick ten minute drive to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries. Wake up to water views, sip coffee on one of our two spacious decks and spend your days swimming right off the private swim dock!
