The apartment was spotless. The location was perfect for my needs as I was visiting family in the local area. It was within walking distance to the Prom and town centre and if walking isn't an option there are great public transport options nearby. Phil was very responsive and proactive with any queries I had and I definitely would try to book this apartment again when I am next over.

Would highly recommend this air bnb. it was spacious, quiet and had everything you needed. We would happily rebook Pam's place, without hesitation. such a good value for money and Pam was an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive!

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

What can I say. A fabulous find and a place we will certainly visit again. Quaint, easily accessible. Parking no problem, just get a week or 3 day pass in the two car parks on the hill. There are so many things to do. I will write these in the book. The fire is great, bath and shower to suit all tastes, the rooms are perfect for a small family / 3 adult travellers. Communication perfect from the first point of booking to leaving. I cannot speak highly enough. All the things you would need for a stag away, home from home. We will hopefully be booking again shortly. Thank you Emma and John x

Warm, spacious apartment with a great view. Close to Grange and shops, lovely walks, both hilly and flat. The host was responsive and flexible with check in/out times, which was appreciated. A lovely stay.

Well designed and great central location for my short stay in lytham. The outdoor space is a lovely touch and the Fig and Olive is right next door which was so convenient for breakfast.

We stayed here for about 6 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it. The house is well equipped for 2-3 people and has every necessary equipment for a long stay. The beach is also very walkable and also there’s a tesco express close to the place. Would recommend this place to others if you’re visiting Blackpool!

An amazing host with an amazing place to pick as an Airbnb spot. Both host can't be praised any further! Communication before, during and after the stay was swift and very effective. Property came exactly as displayed (very spacious) and is in a prime location to all amenities in Blackpool's town centre. If returning and this place is available, would love to book again! My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

What a fantastic find this was! It was so peaceful, had everything we needed and was very clean. We were super happy with our stay. The wood-fired hot tub was brilliant and the location was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

There were mirrors here so no need to take one , bedrooms very clean , however bathrooms are downstairs and I didn’t realise this from the layout . a lovely place to stay I would highly recommend the stay at this accommodation. Hot tub was secluded and nobody could see us in there so we all felt very safe and secure .

Lovely stay, in a nice private area but not too far from the local village with cute little pubs. Would definitely stay again, only fault was that all the plants attracted little flys everywhere and the skylights are beautiful but would definitely take an eye mask to avoid being woken up early.
