Casa rural con carácter de tres pisos que forma la parte final de nuestra granja de adobe de Devon de 300 años. La casa de campo cuenta con una cocina moderna, una enorme chimenea Inglenook con estufa de leña, lujosas alfombras de lana, vigas bajas, un gran sofá mullido y una cama tamaño king con una bonita habitación doble contigua en el último piso. El jardín de la casa tiene dos zonas de estar cubiertas. Situada en una gloriosa campiña ondulada cerca de Dartmoor, las hermosas playas de arena de Devon y la vibrante ciudad catedralicia de Exeter.

Kennel Farm se encuentra dentro del Parque Nacional de Exmoor, a orillas del río Barle, a 1 milla de la hermosa ciudad de Dulverton. La granja ha sido reformada con mucho gusto, manteniendo las características originales y ofreciendo comodidades modernas. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de pícnics, natación salvaje y fogatas en la orilla del río, y caminar por el arboreto circundante y 17 acres de parque. Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. Set in the rolling hills of Devon, in the sleepy hamlet of Newbuildings, 2 miles from the village of Sandford with its village shop and two pubs, just 10 minutes from Crediton. A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

The Old Tractor Shed is a modern barn conversion, ideal for couples. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors open to a private decking area with your own hot tub, all overlooking stunning views. Inside, relax with a luxurious super-king bed, log burner, Smart TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom features a roll-top bath and a large, powerful waterfall shower. Accredited with Exmoor National Park’s Dark Skies, it’s the perfect place for stargazing.

Situated in a quiet village in mid-Devon surrounded by fields and views of Dartmoor, Exmoor and only 30 minutes drive to Exeter. The annex is brand new and is attached to our family home which has recently been renovated in 2024. Copplestone has great bus and train links to Exeter and Barnstaple. Copplestone has two shops in the village - the farmshop has lovely homemade produces available daily. There is also a golf course 1.6 miles from the annex.
