Our beautiful and modern open plan barn was completed in April 2023. Located on a working farm 4 miles from Stockbridge, with stunning views, it offers the perfect rural retreat. There are two en-suite bedrooms with king size beds with a single sofa bed on the mezzanine. Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining/living area. Underfloor heating and a log burning fire make this a cosy winter retreat. Fibre broadband. Lots of countryside walks and cycling nearby. Close to Winchester & Salisbury.

LITTLE PARK ANNEXE is in a rural location on a quiet country lane in Abbotts Ann village. Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new, ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking available. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

Unique Grade II converted barn

Formerly stables to the village farm, Little Cob is a 300 year old listed barn, uniquely converted to combine country cottage features with an industrial touch. Open plan living links the cosy living room, complete with TV & WiFi to a kitchen and shower room, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first floor comprises of a mezzanine bedroom with a comfortable double bed and view onto the garden. Outside you will find a secluded garden and private parking space.

Beekeepers cottage, a cosy retreat by the stream

Beekeepers cottage was part of a watercress farm and is situated in the grounds of Bridge cottage with the pillhill chalk stream running past the door, a cosy cottage which if fully self contained, set in large grounds on the edge on the village, there is an abundance of wildlife, friendly ducks and resident chickens and a working apiary, fresh eggs and local honey when available, although it has a rural feel the town of Andover with all its amenities is an easy walk or short drive

Warren Lodge - Self Contained Annexe

Warren Lodge is charming one double bed annexe, newly decorated throughout, it is disability friendly, all on one level with low thresholds and wide doorways. Situated in the picturesque village of Amport, a short drive from Stonehenge, Bombay Sapphire Distillery and the Cathedral Cities of Salisbury and Winchester. There are several National Trust properties nearby, main road links to the A303, M3, A34, M4. London Waterloo can be reached in 1 hour 10 directly from Andover Station.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance.
