Nice place to stay. I was impressed with the kitchen, very well stocked for an air bnb! I let the host know, but the bed linens & towels need replaced. The sheets were pilled up and pillows very flat. The towels are old and a bit musty. Once some of those get replaced this stay will really be a gem.

Janet’s place was clean and well-stocked with snacks (unexpected bonus!). It was as pictured and I have no complaints. I would stay here again.

The location is excellent! It could not be better and wish that I booked it for graduation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sheila’s home. It was clean, smelled fresh and nicely decorated. Although our stay was short, it was cozy just like home. I would recommend this stay if you are seeking somewhere quiet and comfortable.

Jennifer was an amazing host & it was a very convenient home in Beavercreek! Very spacious home & clean. Nice updates barhrooms. The best part was we encountered issues with our rental car, Jen was so helpful & accomodating! Having a kind & understanding host is so important. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place! It is a lovely, clean, peaceful space where we felt at home. It is tastefully furnished, and has all the amenities that we needed. We loved the antique feel of the home itself. In addition, it is in a beautiful and quaint residential neighborhood, very quiet and friendly. Overall we had a fantastic experience!

Rachel’s place was cute, cozy, and most importantly, clean! The house was everything we needed for a short stay in Dayton and was comfortable for our family of six. With small children, it’s always nice when we don’t have to worry about packing extra baby gear like a pack n play and high chair. Not only did they provide the essentials, but they also had a basket of books, toys, and activities for kids! While there were a few things about the location that weren’t ideal, we would definitely recommend Zen Den and would stay there again!

Cozy home that smelled absolutely amazing! Better than a hotel accommodation by far and cheaper! Only thing I had an issue with was the WiFi signal, if you’re working from home and need upload speed it wasn’t the greatest! Even with that issue I’d still highly recommend!

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

I loved my stay and wish I should live there.

This was our second time staying with Ashley and Emily and we really enjoy staying at their place. Their home has everything we need and want, especially the kitchen. We walked around the boulevard one evening and met some of the neighbors, petted their cats, and petted their dogs. Everyone was especially nice.

The accommodations were fantastic. Flawless check in and check out. Leigh was extremely responsive and pleasant. The location was outstanding and neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

My mom and I stayed here while attending a competition at the WEC. This place was super cute and super clean! Trish was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if showing at the WEC again.

My wife is very particular with cleanliness and comfort. She was very pleased with the house and was surprised that she said she will stay here again. This home was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Host was very accomodating and very responsive. Will be back for sure!

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.

Once again lovely stay at the Tranquility. Location is wonderful and close to restaurants and WEC! Bed is so comfortable and much needed after a long day at the horse show. Communication was phenomenal and the place was so clean when we arrived. We had the best stay!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Convenient location to Cincinnati & Hamilton, OH in a nice neighborhood with several restaurants in walking distance. Comfortable bed & really clean place. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.
