Theresa was a wonderful host whose home was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay! The neighborhood is quiet but surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and things to do. A great area and wonderful place to stay!

We had a great stay! The hosts were extremely gracious and we were very happy with how well stocked the home was with plenty of necessities for our multi day stay. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Rachel is sweet as pie! Top notch host who went above and beyond to make sure our check in and stay was perfect. The house is amazing. As soon as you walk in you are captivated by the beautiful art work and paintings throughout the house. The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The rooms all have blackout curtains for us night shift workers, a/c, mini fridge, microwave and TVs, in every room. Rachel has definitely thought of everything from leaving new toothbrushes, straightening irons, lotion you name it, if you forgot it she’s already thought of it for you. The back yard and back porch are perfect for hanging out or just taking time to reflect or even read a book. There’s a bbq grill, comfy lawn furniture and setting area in the back porch along with a fire pit in the back yard. If I’m ever in the Dayton area I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but Rachel’s place and if I could give our time there more stars I would.

Jon and Chera’s lovely home was a great place to stay while visiting Dayton. It was very clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. Jon and Chera were very attentive hosts and were quick to remedy a few minor issues with the house while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

Welcome basket with snacks and water, a home like atmosphere and comfortable beds made for a lovely stay. Would stay again if back in the area for sure.

Nathan's house is amazing. Everything was very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed. Shops and restaurants were quite close. It is located in a very quiet area and is also quite spacious. I would stay again in the future.

Floors on the main level are a little wonky… but this was a GREAT experience. Thank you, Stephanie!

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

We stayed here for one night while in town for a kids dance competition, and it was perfect for our needs. The location couldn’t be better—just five minutes from the convention center and nestled on a beautiful historic street lined with charming old homes. The space itself was clean, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Kim's Leader Loft was a fantastic space. My wife & I took a last minute trip to the area to take advantage of the fantastic weather and bike the Cardinal Greenway. We looked at Muncie & Richmond because they have trailheads, but the Leader Loft popped up on my list, and we opted in. It's a beautiful, renovated space with plenty of room, and crazy comfortable. Kim was very responsive and helpful when we reached out - absolutely recommended!

This was our second time staying with Ashley and Emily and we really enjoy staying at their place. Their home has everything we need and want, especially the kitchen. We walked around the boulevard one evening and met some of the neighbors, petted their cats, and petted their dogs. Everyone was especially nice.

Really enjoyed our stay at Co-Lee's, she was responsive to all questions. The kitchen had everything we needed and were looking for. Loved the bath salts in the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable.
