C’était super!! Le Airbnb est merveilleusement bien placé! Lorsque nous sommes arrivées, nous avions peur car c’est en plein centre ville dans l’action, mais finalement à l’intérieur on entend absolument rien. Le lit était très confortable et tout était très propre. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Je recommande fortement.

Federico’s apartment was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. There was everything that one might need, including umbrellas, chargers, hair dryer, laundry detergent and more. The apartment building was quiet and the area felt very safe. A very cute coffee shop was right around the corner and Carrefour was just a few minutes away. Federico was a great host, always answering quickly and giving us a lot of tips about museums, churches and restaurants in Firenze. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Firenze :)

Emplacement très bien, juste à côté du tram à 4 stations du centre de Florence. Latif nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée. Nous avons pu stationner notre voiture dans la cour et ne plus la bouger pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est simple et propre. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et le lit double très confortable. Florence est une très belle ville.

L'appartamento è ancora più bello di quanto appaia nelle foto: spazioso, luminoso e arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. L'appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina era ben attrezzata e il bagno moderno

Sono stata in questo appartamento per il ponte del 25 aprile. Ottima posizione rispetto alla stazione S. Maria Novella, prendendo il tram si arriva con 3 fermate a Redi, da dove la casa dista un minuto a piedi. Il patio interno dove affaccia l'appartamento è molto suggestivo. C'è un bar in una piazzetta a 10mt dove consiglio di fare colazione, ha briosches buonissime. In generale è stata un ottima esperienza.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

The apartment was very central and it was super easy to get around. Despite its central location, it still felt quiet and away from the busy streets. It was very spacious, with a lovely bedroom, equipped with air con. We’re able to enjoy an espresso in the morning with the coffee machine provided as well. Felt very safe and slept soundly here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa in Tuscany! The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—an easy drive to Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. Emanuele met us at the villa upon check-in and gave us a thorough tour of the place. He just such a wonderful host!One of the highlights of our trip was the cooking class hosted by Emanuele and his sister Tammy, right in our villa. We learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle, delicious sauces, and tiramisu—it was such a special experience for our family. We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

We werden zeer hartelijk verwelkomd door Franscesca met een lekker hapje en een drankje. In het huisje vonden we alles wat we nodig hadden. Het is heerlijk rustig gelegen, wat wil zeggen dat je de kronkelende weggetjes van de Toscaanse heuvels erbij horen. Wij huurden één dagje Vespa’s in Castellina in Chianti, bezochten Firenze met de trein en gingen ook paardrijden (Crazy Horse Ranch). Natuurlijk genoten we ook van een bezoek aan de wijn- en omijfgaard Il Colle. We rijden dus met extra lekkers naar huis! 🍷🫒

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Our stay at Simone's home was great! Communication was excellent from the beginning, flexible check-in and very easy to find the house. The neighborhood is very nice and the bus station, bakery and food store are less than one minute walk from the house. Simone was very kind to inform us about a train problem that would affect our journey and helped us find a solution. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you again soon!

Location location location!! Easy to get around and there was an underground public parking garage for our car around the corner (There is free street parking too). We walked or easily got a taxi. Would definitely recommend!!! 👌

Siamo stati da Giada per il ponte del 25 Aprile. Accolti da una ragazza sorridente,gentile e premurosa che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e che ci tiene a fare le cose per bene.Appartamento luminoso, ordinato,pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort.Posizione tattica in zona pedonale di Scandicci e vicino alla fermata del tram dove in 20 min si arriva in centro a Firenze. Attorno hai bar, pizzerie, gelaterie negozi e un po’ di tutto. Il sabato nella piazza c’è il mercato,un piccolo “Porta Portese “ dove si trova veramente di tutto. Grazie Giada siamo stati benissimo,torneremo sicuramente a trovarti!!

logement idéalement situé pour visiter Florence grâce au métro à 3min a pied nous arrivons en centre ville en 20min. logement propre et bien équipé avec des attentions comme produits de 1ere nécessité communication parfaite avec les hôtes place de parking est un gros plus

L’alloggio è veramente molto bello, pulito, curato e con tutte le necessità di cui hai bisogno. Si trova vicino al centro, con le scale mobili sono circa 6 minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio davanti alla casa è un po’ trafficato ma c’è un altro parcheggio lì di fianco, il posto in macchina si trova. Francesco è una persona molto gentile e disponibile! Perfetto per famiglie o per coppie. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

We had a great stay at Luca’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and fully equipped. The host is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Ich bin seit 2016 relativ häufiger Airbnb-Kunde (besonders oft in Italien, in Apartments und Villen) und kann es hier im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften relativ kurz halten: Der Aufenthalt war vom Buchungsprozess an perfekt. Der anfängliche Austausch mit meinem in Australien lebenden Journalistenkollegen Will war stets schnell und freundlich, der Kontakt mit seinen lokalen Repräsentant/-innen Angelo und Sara war ebenfalls angenehm und sehr effizient. Das Apartment entspricht genau der Beschreibung, und jedes Lob in vorherigen Bewertungen kann ich unterstreichen. Die Grundausstattung ist großzügig, vom Kaffeepulver bis zum Waschmaschinen-Tab. Auch der Ordner mit Wills ausführlichen Tipps dürfte für Perugia-Einsteiger/-innen sehr hilfreich sein. Der Blick aus dem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer auf die Altstadt ist spektakulär und war einer der Gründe, warum ich Wills Apartment einer Airbnb-Unterkunft in derselben Gegend in Perugia vorgezogen habe, in der ich im Vorjahr wohnte.
