A wonderful, well appointed home in close proximity to Healdsburg Plaza. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, fully stocked gourmet kitchen and felt very comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and Robin was extremely responsive! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again! It was perfect for us and our extended family.

We were in Sonoma area just for a few days and the Forestville location was perfect for us, we were able to go into Healdsburg, and so many wineries to choose from nearby. It was better than expected . Kurt was a very kind host and I cannot say enough about this beautiful home

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. Brook went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and most enjoyable! From offering the early checkin to allowing us to checkout a bit later, a long with all the helpful hints on restaurants, grocery stores and providing all around comfort, we truly enjoyed our stay. From the teas to the paper plates, to the inflatable ducky in the pool, we could not have asked for more. Brook also provided a plastic chair for the shower as we were traveling with an elderly person-I thought that was very kind and thoughtful. Looking forward to returning one day. Thank you, Brook, for making our stay amazing!

Stewart's place way very comfortable. It accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed. Relaxing to lounge in the back, enjoy the pool and hot tub. Easy to find, and in a good location. Stewart also reached out with instructions and welcoming reassure if we needed anything.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Photos did not do this place justice. The deck was such a nice surprise with so many small moments & touches tucked away to discover. As for the place itself, pitch perfect for a family and absolutely the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in an airbnb rental. I had absolutely zero reason to interact with the host because their directions were so clear, helpful, and concise! After experiencing a string of extremely disappointing rentals, this location was a perfect reminder of airbnb at it's best. Will definitely put this on the short list for return visits!

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The private yard with flowers and flowering bushes was especially delightful. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us which set the tone for our weekend of wine tasting.

We had a wonderful stay at Gaetan and Cole’s beautifully renovated home! The space was thoughtfully updated, with plenty of closet space and everything we needed to feel comfortable. Gaetan and Cole were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our visit, making the whole experience even better. They also provided a great list of local activities, which helped us make the most of our time in the area. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely recommend their home to anyone looking for a great stay!

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

This house was perfect for our family trip! We prepared all meals there and the kitchen had all the supplies and utensils we needed. Beds comfortable and the reclining sofas were great. Beach access right across the street! We also enjoyed the pool table. Weather sunny, which was a bonus. I thank you for the use of the house and definitely recommend it for a family or friends trip! A perfect place to stay ! The cottage is so warm and cozy, extremely clean, so many nice amenities. It’s back from the street so it’s very quiet - with a beautiful green space in front with a table to sip morning coffee. I love the split bathroom - shower in one room and toilet/sink in another room. The kitchen is spacious , the bedroom has a big closet, the kitchen is perfect, and the living room area is so comfortable. Laundry room is close and there is great driveway parking. It is truly a wonderful place to stay !

We loved staying at Noel’s place! The location was perfect and the house was dope! The split levels were good for our two groups. We would definitely stay there again for our next Guerneville vacation!!

This is a nice beach home, with beautiful views from most of the rooms in the house. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room. The living room was rearranged since our earlier visits, which makes it more comfortable to relax in, and enjoy the view from that room.

This is a nice home, a bit tucked away from much else. It is right on a walking trail, which was nice—turn left when you hit the trail, and it goes farther. The Ektimo winery tasting room on the property was a great place to start our wine tasting. The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable, and the wines were all okay. It is a little bit of a drive to get to any restaurants or stores. The home was homey and comfortable and the table is absolutely stunning. I wouldn't say it is fancy or extremely well appointed but for the price it couldn't be beat. The goats, alpaca, and ducks on the pond were fun to watch and added a nice country feel to the place. The hosts were very proactive with instructions. It was super easy to check in. When getting ready to leave, we didn't have a 2 page list of things we had to do, which was nice since we had to leave early for a flight. I would stay there again!

Julia was a wonderful and responsive host. The place is stunning, sipping wine watching the sunset over the vineyards . . . . oh marrôn!

Mary's home is beautiful and cozy. It was the perfect space for our get together and being able to hot tub while looking over the vineyards is such a nice touch!

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. Great stay in Healdsburg! My husband and I (40’s) brought our aunt and uncle (mid 70’s) to wine country for their first time and this place was absolutely everything! Great location to town and took full advantage of Big John’s market for steak and veggies to cook on the grill from a long day of wine tasting. The views and charm of this Airbnb was spot on. Next to the Airbnb was a super cute garden, fire pit, bocce court and bikes all to use for your stay. We loved the quiet charm of being on the vineyard. Great views too of course! We will definitely be back.

Staying here was awesome. A quick phone call with Ben, who was great, got us straightened out for the weekend. Very peaceful, clear instructions for how to use things, and the pinball is a blast!

Excellent place for our group to stay for a conference that was in downtown Santa Rosa. About a 3 minute drive downtown. Very convenient and the neighborhood felt safe. Noise from the road was not an issue for us as some people have mentioned.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place is peaceful, beautiful, and offers plenty of privacy—perfect for a relaxing getaway. My wife and I, along with our dog, truly enjoyed our time here. Our pup had lots of space to roam safely, which was a huge plus for us. The location is also great—secluded enough to feel like a retreat, yet conveniently close to Santa Rosa. Alexa was an amazing host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape!
