Wir haben uns in dem Apartment von Antonella und Fabio sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sogar mehr Platz als angegeben verfügbar, sodass wir uns mit 3 Kinder, wovon 2 jugendlich sind, voll ausbreiten konnten. Antonella war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben hier viel gekocht - die Küche könnte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein aber es hat gut geklappt. Der Pool war sauber und die Anlage schön groß. Besonders toll war der Sportplatz. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen :)

The apartment was just like the pictures, everything was immaculate beautifully designed, comfortable and stylish. There was a lovely bottle of wine and a cake on arrival. Alberto was the concierge and it was extremely friendly and helpful. There are three or four apartments within the 13th Century building, (there is a lift) which is discreetly tucked down a side street right in the centre of Sirmione, walkable everywhere with restaurants all around. The best thermal Spa within 5 minutes walk. It was a great location and would highly recommend.. thanks again, Alberto!!

Top Haus, Der Urlaub war einer der besten den wir hatten. Als Familie perfekt. Sehr ruhige Lage, trotz laufender Bauarbeiten Nebenan Keine störende geräusche. Luca war jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank Luca! Immer wieder gerne.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce bel appartement avec une belle vue sur la campagne lombarde. Belle terrasse. Grand jacuzzi privé. Place de parking. Bergame à 30mn,lac come 1h20. Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und dennoch im Ort – abgeschieden, aber nicht einsam. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen kleinen Weg, etwa 250 Meter bergab, am Ende erwartet einen ein traumhafter Blick auf den Iseosee. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär und jeder Morgen zeigt sich in neuem Licht. Die Zimmer bieten viel Privatsphäre; zwei verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, zwei teilen sich eines. Ideal für entspannte Tage mit Freunden oder Familie. Hinweis zur Anreise: Geparkt wird oben. Die schmale Zufahrt zum Haus ist für größere Autos nicht geeignet. Gastgeber Eric hilft gern mit einem kleinen Wagen beim Gepäcktransport. Der tägliche Weg zum Parkplatz – ein schöner kleiner Fitnessmoment. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern.

We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

Very warm welcoming from Francesca who made us feel like home and like we've always known each other. The house was fantastic and truly felt like in a movie (Call Me By Your Name lovers, this is your sign to come here if you wanna feel like Elio in his villa). Thank you for everything ✨️

Le logement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il possède une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et une partie du lac. Nous avons apprécié les grands espaces extérieurs de la propriété et surtout la piscine qui était un vrai plus pour se rafraichir au vu des températures ! Federica et sa famille sont très sympathiques et réactifs. En bref, nous avons passé un super séjour et nous n'hésiterions pas à revenir si nous étions de retour dans la région.

Serri è una donna molto gentile! Casa sua si trova in una zona molto verde e tranquilla... L'alloggio è ampio e confortevole. È stata una bella esperienza! Grazie!

Alloggio molto pulito, ci siamo trovati benissimo....peccato per il tempo che non ci ha fatto godere a pieno del bel terrazzino della casa!!! Silvia e' molto attenta alle necessità dei suoi ospiti e ti consiglia su posti e cosa da fare in zona. Grazie !

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hat alles, was man benötigt. Bei schlechtem Wetter fehlt ein bisschen ein gemütliches Sofa. Bei gutem Wetter- und wir hatten meistens gutes- lädt der herrliche Garten zum Verweilen ein. Dieser liegt direkt neben dem Bach und man muss nur einmal durch den Campingplatz laufen, schon ist man am See mit herrlicher Promenade und vielen Cafés. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt von Mauro, an Ostern von seiner Frau mit leckerem Gebäck verwöhnt, bekamen frische Wäsche und konnten uns immer an ihn wenden. Also sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Ivano ist ein Top Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und flexibel. Die Wohnung war Tip Top und in super Lage. Man ist schnell am See und hat viele Möglichkeiten, in der Nähe etwas zu unternehmen. Alles, was man braucht ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und es gibt eine kostenlosen Parkplatz gleich ums Eck. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen wollen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

I stayed at Rita and Augusto's place with my family in September. The house was fantastic, it was so well equipped and had everything we needed. The accommodation is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Rita was a great host, always responding super quickly to messages and accommodated our late arrival to the villa. The house is in a great location, very close to the local shops, restaurants and within walking distance from the lake. We would definitely recommend this airbnb.

Marica es una anfitriona estupenda y ha sido muy hospitalaria. Nos ha ayudado en todo y el alojamiento ha sido excepcional.

A very authentic lake view villa with a beautiful and well-maintained garden! In April, we could sit and dine on the veranda which has an exclusive view over the Garda lake. It feels very private as it has its own driveway and entry gate. It’s a 5-min walk to the port where you can catch boats cruising the lake. Around the port, there are also a few restaurants and a small beach. In the opposite direction, just at the end of the road, there are a few other restaurants which are even closer to the house. We did not miss anything! There is also a baby chair and a foldable bed. Absolutely recommend the place!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt am Iseo-See im April! Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. Besonders der Balkon mit seiner traumhaften Aussicht hat es uns angetan – ein absoluter Lieblingsplatz! Wir haben uns sofort wohl und fast ein bisschen wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass auch das Kochen Spaß gemacht hat. Sehr praktisch war auch der Carport direkt am Haus. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und haben klare, hilfreiche Anweisungen gegeben. Die Lage ist hervorragend – in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort, und mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell viele schöne Dörfer rund um den See. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Man möchte eigentlich gar keine Bewertung schreiben, so schön wie diese kleine Perle am Gardasee ist 😍 Wir möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei Anna und ihrer Familie für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken. Eine Familie, ein Grundstück und ein Hund wie aus dem Bilderbuch 😉 Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, sehr großzügig und einfach total ruhig mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Eine Oase der Entspannung und Ruhe. Der Hund Diago ist super lieb und unsere Kinder waren beide total begeistert von ihm. Er hat zu keiner Zeit gestört oder gebellt und war total lieb. Die Wohnung ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind ebenfalls ein Traum. Fazit: alles in allem eine wahre Perle am Rande des Gardasee und Anna ist einfach die perfekte Gastgeberin. Es gibt keinen einzigen Punkt an Kritik, es war alles absolut perfekt, gerade auch mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Liebe Anna, vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit bei dir ☺️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.. das Apartment ist für 4 Personen mit zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils eigenen Bädern ideal und bietet auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten… die empfohlenen Restaurants waren wirklich toll… die Möglichkeit, den Pool zu nutzen und auch reichlich Auslauf für unseren Hund zu haben, hat es perfekt gemacht.. Sehr gerne wieder!

Wat een heerlijk, rustig verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht op het Gardameer vanuit het grote balkon, de zithoek & de slaapkamer. Het appartement is top (ruim, verzorgd, goede bedden, alles aanwezig). Het zwembad (privé met enkel de eigenaars) is geweldig bij zonnig weer. Het onthaal is warm, zeer vriendelijk en Eva geeft met plezier allerlei tips. De hond Achille is heel lief & braaf. Onder het appartement bevindt zich een restaurant. Een wagen is nodig om de omgeving te ontdekken. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. :-)

We really enjoyed our visit in Sirmione! Osvaldo is an amazing host and the apartment has a beautiful view of the lake! This place was perfect for our stay in Sirmione!

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable 14 night stay at Elena’s beautiful apartment which is on the second (top) floor of the building. The apartment was beautifully presented, furnished to a high standard and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and the rainfall shower was a real treat. Kitchen had all the appliances required for a comfortable stay. The property has 2 balconies, curtain shutters and aircon. There isn’t a lift. The apartment is in a quiet location but well located being 10/15 min walk from the lakeside and restaurants etc of Desenzano. 20 min walk from railway station and 10 min walk from the local Aldi. There is an unheated swimming pool in the complex (with garden loungers available) which we used once. Plenty to see and do in the area and an apartment we would be very happy to return to and would recommend. Many thanks

We stayed for 5 nights in April and would 100% recommend for location and beautiful lakeside views. Lovely to come back to relax after our full on sightseeing days. We made use of the city bikes which came free with the apartment and cycled along beautiful lakeside track to Peschiera. The castle, restaurants and ferry within 10 minutes walk. The apartment had every amenities you need . Ely was very helpful and responded very quickly to all our questions and helped us book taxis and assisted us with recommendations in the area. We didn’t use the pool but we did sit in the garden each night watching the wonderful sunsets .
