Great place to stay in the Florida Keys. Modern and updated house, beautiful location, very clean. Plenty of space for 8 people and the entire house is spacious. Additionally, the dock is super convenient and we kept our boat there all week. Key Colony is a great location as well. Very easy access to the ocean and close to everything. The communication with Michel and Kim was great and they would almost always respond within a couple minutes of sending them a message. Great hospitality and a great house. Can’t wait to rent it again!

We had a great time! The host is very communicative. We had some delays and were only able to get there at midnight when the code changed, but we were able to get in touch within minutes, which was a great relief. The place itself is amazing and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly, we got to talk to some of the neighbors when we went to the little beach by the dock. Whenever we had any questions, we got an answer within minutes, which was incredibly helpful. The open kitchen plan allowed us to have fun nights cooking together and grilling and then eating on the patio. The neighborhood is close to a small airport, so there were plane noises, but it is otherwise quiet and peaceful. It's such a nice place to stay - we spent most of our trip in the Airbnb or on Sombrero beach.

What a wonderful home for our family trip. Loved having all the space with so much to do while relaxing and enjoying the pool. Enjoyed fishing, playing games, and watching the manatee’s. It was wonderful having the bathrooms for each bedroom. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us. So my any wonderful memories were made.

This house is absolutely georgous, newly renovated and a fully stocked kitchen. Vacasa made our stay easy from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back!

This home was more than we expected. The photos don't do it justice. It was very large and accommodating for 4 adults and 4 children. The kids had the upstairs to themselves, and adults downstairs. Very friendly neighbors, good fishing for the kids. They had plenty of towels for beach/pool activities, and as well for the 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen utilities were a plus a well! We will definitely visit again! Thank you for an awesome trip!!

Good location, within a few miles of beautiful beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. If you like to spend time on the beach I recommend that you bring beach chairs if you can. I asked before arriving if beach chairs were available, I was told we could use the cabana club membership. Although it was nice we didn’t care to go to that very small beach esp since you can’t even take a water bottle in with you, with that being said it would be nice if the rental had beach chairs for tenants. Master bedroom was very spacious and had a king bed. Maybe time to replace the mattress tho. Guest room was also spacious and beds were much more comfortable. Very nice outdoor space could use some type of cover over the patio to provide some shade. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Our stay was very private. Initially we booked this property because we liked the idea of a private pool and amenities in the backyard. This is a duplex so we were worried about our privacy at first. Once we arrived the care takers of the property are the ones that live in the front unit. They were extremely helpful and kind. They respected our privacy and even checked in with us. This was a great place to stay for 4 adults. We spent a week here and felt very comfortable and welcomed.

The house was beautiful, the area in marathon is perfect. Right on the water across from a marina. The house was very cleanly. Perfect space in the kitchen for cooking. Lots of utensils. We brought our blow up paddle boards and were able to use the kayaks too. However they were pretty difficult to put in the water because the dock is about a 5-7 foot drop to the water. Would have been nice to have some steps into the water or something. It was also difficult to tie up our boats as they were smaller boats under 25 feet. At low tide the dock bumpers still didn’t reach the boats to prevent from hitting the dock so we were constantly watching the boats and utilizing our bumpers. There was construction going on during our stay next door the whole time but communication when mentioned to the property manager was prompt and they were able to offer us a slight accommodation discount from almost 1/2 our pet fee. Pet fee is also per pet so can be pricey. Overall great vacation.

We have stayed at this building twice before with other hosts and nothing compares to you guys . Since we opened the door you could smell and see clean . You know when a house is very good clean deep clean last longer ? Well this place stay clean for the week even with two kids. You guys should be proud of your cleaning team. Was this more expensive than the other ones we have stayed ? Yes . But worth every penny. We will stay with you guys again soon .

Great location. Clean room. Parking was a bit perplexing but not enough to take a star off. I like communicating by text for requests and questions. Always fast responses.

The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

I was very impressed by this condo! Very clean, very spacious, and the views were phenomenal! It's also centrally located with easy access to the freeway, the airport, Miami Beach, Little Havana as well as tons of great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Kat was wonderful and very attentive. Overall, highly recommended!

Great place to stay love the view most everything was walking distance instead driving Tony for parking spot we walk had blast lot to do we stay five nights if u go to the beach anything recommendation to bring some your own towels they had towels hotel but not to take to if u got soak doing water activities hotel was very clean we ate out some but cook motley

Overall had a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure any request I had was addressed promptly, which really added to the comfort of my stay. The accommodations themselves were exceptional, clean, stylish, and well-maintained. However, there were a few things to keep in mind. During peak hours, the elevators were a bit of a headache, with only one or two functioning and long wait times. If you’re driving, be prepared for heavy traffic in the area and delays due to the nearby bridge frequently going up. Also, while the spa is a nice amenity, I found some of the attendants to be less than welcoming, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. That said, despite those few issues, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and appreciated the attentive hosting.

The townhouse felt private even though there were other units. It is located on the end of the unit which made it even better. It was beautiful and very clean! I loved that we weren't required to strip the beds and start laundry. That is really helpful when needing to leave early extremely early to catch a flight. While there, take time to drive around the neighborhood and see the other beautiful homes. It was a perfect location for my husband and I to use as a home base while exploring all of the Keys. Just a great experience.

Excellent, very clean place, beautiful decoration, fast internet for people that work from home, 1 block drom Duval St. And 4 or 5 blocks for the Southernmost Point, close to restaurants, everything is in walkable distance.

This place is a gem! Absolutely beautiful views and location and extremely comfortable. I felt right at home. Everything that is offered, the pool and amenities, the games, the overall feel of the place, it’s amazing. We didn’t stay here to fish but I can see it being the perfect place for people that do. Being gated is a huge plus. Condo was clean and decorated well. We had more than what we needed. Tons of great restaurant options around, and activities. Very happy with our stay. Would absolutely return again and recommend to others!

Fantastic stay! The place was exactly like the pictures and the view from the living room and master bedroom was amazing. Everything was squeaky clean and ready for our stay. Plenty of towels (bath and pool), small soaps and shampoo/conditioner for our use. The beds are very comfortable and the sofa even has a pull out if needed. There is plenty of parking and once we checked in and had the parking pass for the car the guard at the gate waved us in. Very quiet in spit of the construction that is happening on the ground floor. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. Easy access to the main road and 15 minutes to Key Largo for diving. Would highly recommend!
