Thanks Fred for a great stay. The apartment was well stocked for a few days stay. Large living space, patio, and bathroom. The location had a nice view as well. We would be happy to stay again.

The place is great, better than the photos actually! It has everything you’ll ever need, such as pots, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies, and everything is very clean. However, one little con is that the internet is a bit unstable, no matter if we’re using cellular service or the purchased wifi.

Really enjoyed our quick overnight stay at Fred's place. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We saw a family of deer the moment we pulled up. We would come back and stay longer to really enjoy the amenities.

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. We had a great time staying at the house! It was a beautiful space and we all slept well. The only thing that I wish we had known beforehand was that the indoor living room fireplace wasn’t working. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

Great Discovery Bay location! Walking distance to Mountain Mikes Pizza, tennis/pickleball courts, and other services. Open floor plan with room to spread out and hang out. Exterior patio overlooks the delta and is a great place to relax and unwind. Would love to stay again in the future.

This place is absolutely amazing and great for families. My kids enjoyed every minute and we can’t wait to come back!

My second stay here and it does not disappoint. This place is quiet and secluded but near anything you might want to jaunt to in either Lodi or Stockton. My trip was for relaxation, sleep, and just personal downtime. There is some freeway noise, but only if you are outside. Inside, quiet as a mouse. On this trip, the lights in the kitchen were out. Gary was prompt to respond, came to fix them (a darn breaker flipped) which took no time at all, and was extremely aware and respectful of me in the space. Top notch service, in deed. I camped in front of the fireplace my entire stay. I picked up groceries from Raleys in Stockton, and was able to cook all my meals and dined with the very pretty stoneware that nicely matches the cottage vibe. I did not go outside much as this was a peace-and-quiet kind of trip, but the yards (front and back) are quite inviting. Even a stroll in the vineyard is nice. Highly recommend!

This is the second time my company has stayed here. This house is a wonderful place that my guys feel right at home when they stay here. I highly recommend.

Tassa's place was beautiful and our family had a great time. She was very responsive and helped us with additional directions on the phone to getting to the house in the dark. She made the stay very easy by also being very responsive to my questions. The house has great views of the water and the beautiful hills behind. Dog friendly and is an easy walk to the water.

a very comfortable, cozy location, and Thana was very communicative and accommodating throughout the process. the Airstream we stayed in had just been re-listed so the hot water wasn't operating, but fortunately the public restroom just 50m away had hot showers and a sink so there was no issue there; we were notified well ahead of time and went ahead anyway. great spot for anyone with kids and dogs, as the community is 55+ and quiet, with little to no auto traffic. i buried the best part: it's just minutes from Columbia and also a 25-30 minute drive to Murphys. plenty of food options and groceries nearby in Columbia and Sonora as well. would definitely stay again!

This place is an oasis overlooking the lake!! Not only is the house super adorable but the deck a view is a that allows to appreciate nature!! Stayed here while working as a travel nurse in French camp, CA. It’s a 40 min drive but it’s an easy commute (no stoplights and typically minimal traffic). The cabin is near Rio Vista (15 min drive) where you can grocery shop and the local market, get gas etc. It’s 30-40 mins from Lodi, CA where there is a well supplied Walmart and typical fast food and restaurants. Downtown Isleton seems to have a few restaurants of its own but I didn’t drive into town due to my schedule. I chose to live here over Stockton for my safety and this community is very welcoming and friendly. I would describe this place as a cabin rather than a tiny house. There is a good amount of space here. I would stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Marty and Jess’s place, and once again, it’s an easy 5 stars! They’re wonderful hosts—kind, responsive, and always making sure we feel completely at home. The apartment is just the right size for my boyfriend and me, cozy and comfortable, and also a peaceful spot to work remotely. We especially love their beautiful garden and the quiet, walkable neighborhood. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Great property, beautiful views, loved that each room had its own bathroom, spacious lounge and kitchen. We ate a meal at the golf course restaurant which was good. Also visited Murphy’s, Angels Camp, the Calaveras State Forest and the New Melonies Marina…. Lots to see and do. Would happily recommend this property.
