Bella Vista is a beautiful A-Frame cottage that is private but only a 1/2 mile from downtown Burnsville. It offers 1 bath, a bedroom with TV and king size bed, a sleeping loft that has 2 twin beds. The cabin will sleep 4 people but is best for 2 people. Gas log fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer and a small kitchen with new appliances. Relax and unwind on the massive deck with the gas fire pit and a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains! Conveniently located close to town.

1920's cottage. Relax & enjoy amazing mtn. views, 200 acres of trails, woods, pastures, farm, & fields. HURRICANE HELENE: TRAILS ARE NOT COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE NOW DUE TO HELENE. Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

Only 10 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway with Beautiful Overlooks and Hiking.. A BEARY RELAXING Cabin is located a 1/2 mile from the Toe River for fishing and kayaking. The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.

The cabin has been fully remodeled and offers all the latest amenities for an enjoyable mountain experience. You’ll find abundant outdoor recreation, a temperate climate, a relaxed lifestyle, and friendly people. The Lee Cabin is approximately a 1-hour drive from Asheville, Boone, or Johnson City, TN. The home is walking distance to the downtown areas' brewery, artists, restaurants, shops and Saturday morning farmer's market (1 to 3 blocks). While at home enjoy the private and secluded back porch, hot tub and/or the outdoor fire pit.
