If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

We had a fantastic stay here! I was incredibly impressed with how clean and cozy this home was. Every time I wondered if they had something, i would open a drawer and there it would be! Absolutely wonderful home and hosts. Perfect for our family of 4 - we will definitely book this place again. Thank you!

Great little place! Love the older feel. It was decorated well, stocked with everything we may have needed and Hot tub was SO nice. The queen bed was comfy as well. Thank you guys!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for 6 nights. The home itself is really comfortable, relaxing and set up well. We had 5 adults and one child in our party, the home is set up well where we could all eat together in the kitchen and all have a comfortable place to sit while watching movies in the living room. All 3 bedrooms had comfortable mattresses and bedding with perfect pillows. Everyone slept great the whole week. The home has a lovely feel to it, very zen, the outdoor area, fire pit, dock and outdoor seating were used and enjoyed by my whole family. We will definitely stay at this Airbnb home again. Our host Sue made check in and check out a breeze. There was no need to contact her during our stay since everything was set up so perfectly. Thanks for the great week ☺️

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The house was spotless and felt very clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We used the jet tub every day, but take note that it takes about an hour and a half to fill up! And I had forgotten my shampoo/conditioner at home and realized too late that there was nothing at the house. So make sure to pack your own! Overall, it was the perfect place to escape with my family! A quiet, cozy getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Our kids were already asking when we’re coming back as we pulled out of the driveway:)

Ron & Emily made sure we were comfortable and were very friendly! They had a sign out front with my name on it and a separate entrance for easy access to the lodge. They also had the fire going for our arrival which was nice. They give wonderful recommendations for site seeing and the tv has a casting feature which is nice if you want to stream your own Netflix. The property itself is cozy and peaceful to walk around, I especially love the boat house! Inside the lodge you get a view of the pond and trees with a peakaboo of mountains in the back giving a feeling a serenity. There are games and a book set, if one is interested in the works of Kant and Descartes lol Overall, they checked in to make sure we had all we needed to make it memorable and I will definitely keep Ron &Emily in mind whenever I decide to come back!

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

Very well kept and beautiful home. It felt very peaceful and comfortable. We loved staying in mount pleasant where we could be close to a lot of our extended family during a hard time. Great area.

This was the perfect spot for a cozy, quiet getaway. The apartment was spotless and so comfortable. We would happily stay here again and again!

I was worried about opening the pool cover, messaged Stan and he went and opened for us within minutes. The kids loved the pool, I liked having the washer and dryer to handle the swimsuits.

We ended up staying at Jasmine's place for almost 8 months because we have been dealing with a plumbing disaster at our house and our homeowners insurance company ( USAA) has been extremely difficult to deal with as well as the contractors so it has been very comforting knowing that we could just relax and Jasmine would help us out with whatever we needed.

My husband and I decided to take a last minute weekend get away in Winter Park. Nicole was able to accommodate our late booking and we were so thankful! The place was so clean and cozy. It was so close to town and the mountain.

We loved this venue for our family Christmas party. Lots of space, great game room and theater. We will stay again!!!

Staying at Subhi’s home was great! Very beautiful, spacious and cozy home. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this one was definitely my favorite, had zero inconveniences and was very close to downtown! Would definitely recommend :)

Great people. We had a swift check-in and were welcomed by a beautiful space that provides absolute privacy. Could have been better if it was warm so you can enjoy the enormous space around the property. Can be suitable for retreats, intimate wedding venue.

I made a trip to Montana to visit old friends that I had not seen in 8 years. We had a spectacular view from the front porch and saw some wildlife-- deer, magpies, red-tailed hawks. We heard some coyotes in the distance a few times. The house was SPOTLESS and very spacious. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable at Karen's place.

Ginger was proactive in reaching out when reserved. Helpful in local suggestions and stuff to do. Instructions were very clear and place was clean, comfy and had everything we needed.
