Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Built in 1956 as it says on the entrance flagstone, Dragon-Fly house is very spacious and peaceful. It is the ideal place for celebrating an event, or practicing Yoga. With a large verandah and open spaces in most rooms, there are places for private meditation and group therapy.
