Literally 2 minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with greatviews over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. (Pase note there is a fairly steep driveway to the carpark area. Easy to drive up, not suitable to walk with a lot of luggage. )

Deck and outside seating. 5 minute walk to the famous Wellington sign, and central Miramar where you’ll find cool and funky restaurants and cafes, a petrol garage and the supermarket. Harbour side walks and tremendous views a short walk away, Massey memorial walk ten min drive. Easy access to the splendid walks on Eastern peninsular.

We are located in Karaka Bays on the Eastern suburbs of Wellington. We are a 7 minute drive from Wellington Airport, 20 minutes from Wellington central and 10 minutes from local beaches by foot. We have an abundance of restaurants and eateries near by, and most notable attractions such as the Roxy Cinema and Weta Cave etc. There is a private entrance to our studio, but this does entail a path and a few steps. On your arrival we can meet and introduce you to your accommodation. See you soon!

Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away). Hello! We have a guesthouse that is a 5 minute drive from airport in a serene and quiet back section. The space is equipped with a kitchenette, and adjoining bathroom. You will have your own private access, and are welcome to enjoy the garden. We live up a long driveway so parking is no problem. Coffee, tea and cereal all provided. We have a dog who lives on the property named Ralph, he is a golden retriever x poodle, please bear this in mind when booking your stay. Close to great cafes

Easy flat access. Pets welcome but please check in with us first to make sure the place is suitable. A small Pet Fee is charged.

Warm studio apartment in Eastern Wellington. Close to Wellington airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie and Akau Tangi/ASB sports centre. The apartment is a self contained unit on the frist floor of a two story building. There is a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area. We live in the top floor with our three year old daughter. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.
