Highly recommended. Well maintained. Very pleasant stay and everything was simply great. The property is located at a prime place, close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. Valentino was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely visit again and share it with all my friends and family.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

My stay at Shikha and Gagan's listing was very comfortable. The property is well maintained. Norah who helped with coordination and check-in was always reachable, kind and welcoming. I felt right at home!

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. This property is stunning and spacious, with all amenities working perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive. The large pool was a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a comfortable and serene getaway with a great pool, this property is ideal. We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Initially after confirmation, Chaitali has sent us the caretakers numbers for guidance. Checkin was smooth. The property looks as it is in photos. No disturbance. We went as a group of 7 people, Enjoyed the accommodation to the full. We even cooked food as we like. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward for next stay also.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

The villa is really beautiful with easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Swimming pool is ideal for a 8 people group. The gazebo near the pool was awesome. The cook/caretaker Sanu was really awesome. He cooked as per our instructions. He was always at our service and ready to help. We really had a great time enjoying the food and his service. The only issue is the approach road for this villa is narrow and ideal for small cars. But that is something that we have to live with , if you want to enjoy at this beautiful location. Overall a great place to spend time and relaxing with a small group of family/friends.

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

Praful has been responsive since day 1. Im glad that I found a beautiful and reasonable villa for our family and had a comfortable stay with complementary breakfast. Staff was responsible and was always available. I would like to rent the stay again whenever I'm traveling to goa. Had an amazing time.

House of Joshma was an incredible stay for my family! It was nothing less than Goa paradise. It was so cozy that it felt so homely after the hectic Goa travel. The 3BHK villa was spotless, with a beautiful swimming pool and an amazing jacuzzi that everyone - from the kids to the adults - absolutely loved. The fully equipped kitchen made things so convenient, and Mr. Limon, the housekeeper, was extremely polite and ensured everything was well-maintained. We were all super happy and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious family getaway in Candolim!

Place was cool and calm, we can find lots of Restaurants near by and on walkable distance. Anjuna beach is only 1.4 KM from the place. AC, Water Purifier fully functional and washrooms has facility of hot water. Property is really good to stay.

We stayed for a week in this 1BHK property with a toddler. The kitchen was well stocked with Utensils, cutlery, small appliances which were very helpful. With a 10 min odd drive to Candolim Beach, it was great to have all the local shops and Newtons within reach. Worth considering definitely if you are coming with family especially a small kid. Host was always responsive and helped out immediately when there was some confusion around parking spot (its a gated building with few spots for visitors parking). Great option to consider if North Goa stretch is what you wanna explore.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio apartment in Candolim, Goa! The space was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a blessing in the scorching April heat of Goa The location was ideal — not too far from beaches, restaurants, and super markets, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The little balcony area was perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing after a day out exploring. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, self Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this studio was a perfect base for our Goa. Even though we were three staying in this small cozy place and found it a bit over crowded, I would suggest this place for couples.. it's a perfect getaway place.

Beautiful place at the heart of Candolim, very close to super mart, local eateries bars & resturant. Walkable to Candolim Beach. Premises is very clam and clean and its safe for family with kids and good parking as well. I would visit again and I certainly recommend.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

The experience that we had at this property was absolutely mesmerising! Our host Mr Shikhar was very kind and welcoming! He even gave us some goodies after we checked in❤️The description mentioned about this property truly speaks its worth as soon as you enter! The interiors are mind boggling and its well equipped with all the equipments you usually need in the kitchen! An added avantage is that its pet friendly so both our children lily and ginger definitely enjoyed their stay here! Everyday the cleaning happens so you dont have to worry about that! The only disadvantage is that every morning at 10 Am the cleaning guys try to make sure that they can complete the whole cleaning so if you are asleep your sleep might get disturbed because of the door bell but I would advise letting them know in advance so that they dont bother you while you are asleep on your vacation! I would also like to appreicate Mr Shikhars efforts in making this stay a memorable one! He was very polite and humble❤️
