Nuestra encantadora casa rodante en primera fila en lo alto de un acantilado, con vistas directas al mar, es nuestra casa de vacaciones familiar. La caravana es casi nueva, cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 sueltos, con calefacción central y en buenas condiciones en todas partes. Estamos a muy poca distancia en coche de dos de las mejores playas de la isla y tenemos fácil acceso a algunos hermosos paseos y reservas naturales. El sitio en sí tiene una piscina cubierta y al aire libre, casa club y tienda (de marzo a noviembre), área de juegos al aire libre y MUGA de baloncesto. Damos la bienvenida a parejas y familias pequeñas.

Apto para perros y perfecto para una escapada relajante al campo. Sauna* Comodidad moderna, sala de estar de planta abierta, muebles acogedores y grandes ventanales enmarcan nuestro jardín y huertos de 2 acres. Paseos para perros fuera de la carretera directamente desde el jardín y senderos que serpentean a través de huertos y marismas. Fácil acceso a Londres, Faversham, Canterbury, Whitstable, la costa de Kent y muchos otros lugares.

Rural Cottage in grounds of Grade II* Farmhouse

Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Tranquil Lodge is a private annexe beside our home in Minster-on-Sea, overlooking open fields where rabbits and horses are often spotted. Ideal for two (flexible for three), with a king bed and single sofa bed, plus baby items on request. Just a 10-minute walk to the cliffs + beach, with country and coastal walks from the door. Fully equipped kitchen, parking, garden, EV charging, vanity/desk, Wi-Fi + TV with Apple TV (guests sign into their own apps). A calm base for exploring Minster and Kent.

Self-contained annex in Sittingbourne, perfect if you are visiting the area for work or leisure. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

We invite you to soak up this tranquil farm setting within walking distance to the seacliffes & seafront. There is a relaxing pond right by your hut and you will hear just the sounds of birds, crickets and livestock. Ideal for a break away from reality. Although the area you will be staying in is kept secluded.. there are goats, horses and sheep in nearby paddocks and Runner Ducks wandering around. We have put our whole hearts into this to create something special for our guests to enjoy!

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.
