The rugged primitive siding was harvested from on-site cedar trees; the knotty pine interior was locally sourced. Friends gifted a claw foot tub and historic farmhouse sink. Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Cabin 87 sits on a private lakefront lot. It features four bedrooms and a sleeping loft. Downstairs there are two bedrooms-one with a queen bed and one with two singles. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king and a double and one with two singles. The loft has a fold out sofa. The kitchen is fully appointed and the living area has a stone fireplace. (firewood provided) There is a screened porch with a ping pong table and seating. There is also a deck overlooking the lake with seating.
