Spacious and comfortable… Great place to hang out! We loved the pool and having breakfast and dinner cooked for us (extra charge but can be arranged). The weather was warm but our rooms had fans and AC so we were happy! There is an honor bar, so no need to pick up drinks on your way to the villa. You can walk down to the water but there is no sand beach. Best sunset views from patio and pool!

The setting of this house is spectacular, with incredible views down the mountain, across the sea to Siquijor island. The design of the house is also very interesting, made as it is of earth and bamboo. The house is probably best experienced if you give it some time, and enter into its timezone and relation to nature and the locality: you need to be ready to rough it a bit, and make friends with the insects. It's really off the beaten path, so you have a good sense of getting away from it all, although the road there is not hard to ride (on a scooter). There's plenty of places to eat in Valencia (10-15 mins ride), and the Apolong craft brewery is a gem to have pretty much round the corner (though only open Fri-Sun). A lot of Air BnB accomodation around Dumaguete/Valencia is quite generic and bland. This is a properly distinctive experience.

A beautiful and peaceful place to experience the authentic Philippines, far away from the typical tourist crowds. The lovely garden is located right by the sea, and the accommodation is very clean and well-maintained. The place has also been recently renovated. The hosts, Megan and Abe, are extremely kind and helpful. Abe is a very calm and balanced person, while Megan radiates positivity and has a heartfelt smile that lights up over her whole face.

We booked both cabins at Moss and Grove when visiting the Philippines and it was simply beautiful. The main cabin had a European vibe, like we were staying in a cabin in the swiss alps. The styling was warm, cosy & sweet. The lovely staff were very helpful and assisted us on arrival and set up a bonfire for us as well. Yes the driveway is very steep, more difficult than we expected - our transport and suitcases had to stay down at the front gate. But the surrounds were worth it. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful. Location hard to find but this could easily be rectified by sharing a pinned map of the exact location ahead of time. Issues with upstairs toliet. But aside from these minor things, it was comfy, relaxing and memorable. We loved it and would definitely stay again! Thank you

The farm has an amazing view of dumaguete and the place is peaceful and lush of green. The mosquitos are a problem and the host should provide mosquito repellents to enjoy outside in peace during sunset. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is comfortable. There a a few maintenance issues but all in all the place was great

The Host is so kind, and thoughtful everything was Provided may family really had fun staying on this place, will surely book again, Ms. Jen is very understanding, I highly appreciate for the kind gesture she showed, highly recommend this place even their care take care is kind too.

Frederic's bungalow offers you the opportunity to experience living like a local - albeit with some additional amenities which locals do not necessarily benefit from ! There are other residents nearby, so as with most places in the Philippines you will hear dogs howling and roosters crowing - if this is an issue for you, just bring some earplugs. The house itself is tucked away up on a hill and beautifully built; all the necessary amenities are provided, and we wanted for nothing whilst staying there. The place was absolutely spotless, cleaner than many other places we have stayed in the Philippines. Frederic's wife was incredibly helpful and even gave us a lift back to the airport ! Communication was easy and quick both prior to and throughout our stay. All in all, a unique and unforgettable experience. Thank you both !
