Place was convenient and near a station. There were two 24hr convenience store nearby as well. Kitchen was well equipped to be able to do your own cooking as well

Hébergement très bien placé à proximité de la gare et de tous les moyens de transport, tout en étant dans un endroit calme et paisible. La rue principale à deux pas est très animée et propose toutes les commodités, de nombreux magasins, restaurants etc. La maison est très grande, très propre et très confortable. Les indications de Mimamo sont très précises et pratiques et les recommandations très utiles. Je recommande cet hébergement. Nous reviendrons très prochainement tant nous avons adoré cette expérience !

This Airbnb exceeded expectations, my 3yo and 1yo had so much fun here. The toys were such a good touch and everything was clean! So many little things like a baby camera and kid plates saved our trip! Great way to start our Japan vacation, I will be recommend this place to everyone and we will def be back. Thanks Koji! 🤍🤍

Absolutely loved the location. It was pretty close to public transport so getting around was easy. It’s a good 2hrs to Tokyo from the closest station but the area is lovely and locals are friendly. Loved it! Plenty of decent restaurants around Kimitsu also. We didn’t want to leave and wish we had booked a longer stay.

Such a great stay! Right in the heart of Omotesando, so many things to do in the area :) we had a wonderful stay, many thanks to Chika and her brother! Always v responsive and v helpful. Super flexible and accommodating to our requests! Will definitely come back

Ran into Kinji on our way out. He is very friendly, extremely communicative, and the room was very comfortable. No issues whatsoever. We had a great stay and would stay here again if we come back to Tokyo!

I found Dan’s place at the last minute, and it was the perfect find. It is about a 10-minute walk to Oimachi station, one stop from Shinagawa, for easy transfers. It was very easy to find his house because of the clear instructions he provided. The roads leading to his house are also flat, so it was pretty easy to roll our suitcases! The house was very comfy and made me feel like I was right at home~ Dan was very responsive and provided many local spots~ I hope to be back 🙏🏼

La zona è tranquilla ma anche vicinissima a negozi e ristoranti oltre che alla stazione della metropolitana. Yasuko e Tadasuke sono degli host straordinari: ci hanno coccolato e riempito di attenzioni. A mani basse una delle migliori esperienze avute in vacanza negli ultimi anni. Se passate da Tokyo, passate a casa di Yasuko e Tadasuke, ne resterete pienamente soddisfatti!

Where do I start? This place is a gem!! Absolutely well setup! My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and a baby, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The Airbnb has its own dedicated play area such a rare find in Tokyo! On days when we needed to recharge after lots of sightseeing, this space was a total lifesaver. The unit is fully equipped for families with little ones: bassinet, bouncer, pram, baby bath, baby seat, and even a musical toy. It truly felt like a home away from home. There’s also a washing machine and dryer, which was incredibly helpful. The location is another big plus just a 5 to 10-min walk to Gotanda Station on the Yamanote Line, making it super convenient to get around Tokyo. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to shops and restaurants. Getting to Haneda Airport was easy via nearby Shinagawa Station, which made our arrival and departure so smooth. The hosts are so lovely, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended and can’t wait to return.

On my recent trip to Tokyo I stayed here and it was exactly what I needed. Conveniently located near a train station, convenience stores, and a local grocery market. The location was a nice change of pace after a day exploring the city with a more local neighborhood feel. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! Recommend to all!

Highly recommend this Airbnb is you are looking to stay near the airport. The house is very modern, high tech, and new amenities. The hosts were extremely proactive with their communication and shared some great information. They meet us at the house for check in and to show us everything in the house. Like most places we stayed in Japan, it has a fair amount of stairs but was very cleanly laid out and had some extra touches of drinks and treats when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and would encourage others to consider if looking to stay a little of the outskirts of Tokyo (two train lines, great grocery stores, and restaurants located within 15 min walk).

It's a good place to stay if you like a quiet place. It fairly accessible to any place in Tokyo but takes 30 to 45 minute to reach city center. Fortunately travelling to airport via train is easy as it is relatively closer to the airport than city centre

Great house on 3 levels on a Japanese style with a modern touch. Great location on a residential street , quiet , but at walkable distance from the gardens / water .

we had to cancel a booking dot com accommodation due to terrible conditions. under a rush, we booked this place at almost 9pm at night and truly greatful we could get in, especially during golden week. it was a godsend. fantastic location. heaps of beds and great area. thoroughly recomend for family's

The Ninja House did not disappoint. It has the unique decor as shown in the picture, plus all the creative touches are fun to discover. It is VERY spacious for a Japanese residence which was most welcome since we were there for nearly a week. We found it very liveable. It's about a five minute walking distance from Skytree. If you have a lot of luggage you might want to grab a cab when you first arrive. It's such a great location we were able to access another train station, Honjo Azumabashi Station, which we liked better than Skytree's Oshiage Station. We also were able to grab a charter bus, Tobu, to Disney from Skytree as well. There were plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood as well as in Skytree plus there was a 24 hour right around the corner. The only thing to keep in mind is that the stairs to the bedrooms are really steep and they could be an issue to someone older or with other physical challenges. I would highly recommend staying here to my friends but not my grandpare

As my mother was recovering from leg surgery,Ko's immediate response to our wheelchair requirement demonstrated remarkable compassion that went far beyond typical hospitality. Apart from their kindness help, the property’s prime location proved invaluable:quiet residential area with clean and fully equipped apartment; personalized neighbourhood maps,and English instructions for each electronic product ;traditional welcome snacks and tea;2-minute walk to the bus stop and supermarket. This experience redefined our understanding of hospitality .I’ll definitely recommend Ko’s property to my friends and sincerely welcome Ko and Yuko to China.

We enjoy staying at this place for 3 nights. the sakura at nogawa river is breathtaking, it's about 10 mins walk. Facility for the house is also complete, the host is also friendly. Also thank you for arranging transport for us to the airport.

A really lovely place with friendly and responsive host. Limited kitchen facilities but very functional and spotless. 10 minute walk to Mitaka station and a bit further to Kichijoji. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Hands down one of the best Airbnb rentals we’ve ever stayed at, if not simply the best. The place is clean, beautiful, and has everything that you can think of needing and more. The bed is comfortable and the space is generous consider that we’re staying in Shinjuku. The location is very residential, which is perfect for spending a long day in the busy crowded areas to come back to such a peaceful neighborhood. Amy was also super friendly and responsive. Worth every penny.

Lovely home! Easy walk to nearby station, food and convenience stores. The roof access with the view of the city and sky was beautiful as well. Hosts were some of the best people as well. Very kind and helpful.

Lovely place at a perfect location. We stayed here with our 2 kids and had the best time. Jenny was always super helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants and activities. Hope to be back soon!
