El interior de Milatos es un lugar pintoresco rodeado de olivares, donde puedes pasear por sus estrechas calles,ver casas tradicionales y visitar la cueva a las afueras del pueblo. La playa de Milatos es un desarrollo junto al mar donde puedes visitar el puerto pesquero y su playa de arena y calma, tabernas cercanas y varias playas de guijarros y calas aisladas.
