The house is spacious and the garden is lovely. We stayed with two toddlers and they loved being able to play safely in the garden while we cooked in the kitchen. Rosaline was welcoming and quick to communicate. Thank you for letting us stay x

2nd time stayong and was really good value, comfortable and just what we needed for a short break. The home is in a quiet area of stocton which is great. Hosts are very easy to communicate with and responsie to messages. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.

This was everything I was looking for in a solo retreat. I felt right at home, everything was already set up so didn't need to faf about. The accommodation was pristine and emaculant so no issues about worrying if I need to clean before setting up. When checking in, there is no reception in the area but luckily check in instructions were clear which made it soo much easier.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

My friend and I with our two dogs felt immediately at home. The house was spotless, smelt amazing and had every amenity we could have hoped for. Jamie was very responsive to any communication, his instructions for entry, wifi, and descriptions of the local area were spot on. We had an amazing week and would be very happy to return. Just wanted to thank Steve and Jane for our recent stay, we only stayed one night as we were passing through on our way somewhere else but the property was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need, including tea, coffee milk, not to mention cereal, salt, pepper and ketchup etc. It really was a home away from home and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and/or recommend it to others. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a calm, peaceful vibe. The bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable- we slept so well. The setting was idyllic, with sheep and chickens just outside the window, which added so much charm. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh milk and delicious scones on arrival. There were plenty of amenities available, making the stay feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I rarely ever write reviews but this one was too amazing not to. Everything from the small details for my sister's birthday to the place blew us away. It's like a small paradise & completely unique. Very private & peaceful! I 100% would return, you will not regret booking this gem of a place. Thank you the most amazing hosts for being so kind & thoughtful!

Highly recommended. Beverley was super helpful and responded very quickly, the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well presented. Compact and cozy, but big enough to provide everything you need. Quiet neighbourhood very close to Richmond market square with plenty of shops and pubs and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy and nicely furnished accommodation. Kate was super nice and responded quickly to our questions. We even found some snacks for us and even the dog when we arrived - huge plus, thanks again!

Close to Bedale's Market Place (6 mins walk) which has plenty to do and several eating places; Black Swan pub food very good and friendly service. The area has several places of interest nearby. The AirBnB location has off-road parking and is adjacent to a nice well kept garden. The accomodation is smart, clean and modern, with everything needed for a stay.

We had a really great time in Debra's home. Her place is clean, comfortable, and close to the beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants. Debra is warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to texts/emails. We look forward to returning again in the Fall. Thank you so much, Debra! xx

I had such a lovely stay here! It was easy to get to and the parking was brilliant. The private entrance was a plus as well. The space was a perfect size for 2 guests and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook food at home :)

We had a wonderful break - Rosie’s cottages are just gorgeous, five stars all the way. Beautifully appointed, furnished and so central in the heart of such a lovely village Stokesley. Everything was easy to get too and lots of restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. Rosie was so welcoming as a host - lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches, pristine condition and spotlessly clean. We felt very lucky to have found such a great place to stay for nearby family celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved the place, it's really good value as listed and is 2 mins walk from the town centre. Fireplace unit was a nice touch and sleep was peaceful in a lovely room. Private garden is quaint and quite far back from the road which is good. All you need to cook and free parking nearby. Clear instructions for everything. Shower unit broke, this was unfortunate for us due to the timing and our travel plans but upon discussing with the host, I can't fault the response at all and would highly recommend them on that basis. They were responsive immediately upon being made aware, sent a tradesman around whilst we were out (with our agreement), and on a Sunday too. Couldn't be fixed straight away but was fixed as soon as possible. Host couldn't have done any more to rectify the issue and acknowledged that we were without shower for a day and has reflected that in the cost. Would book again without hesitation.

Ray's place is a gem. Highly recommended. Very comfortable with every amenity as well as parking and a friendly responsive host. Eating out options within walking distance.

A fabulous few nights at Chris's place, set right on the river in Durham. Beautiful apartment - all we could have wanted & more. Furnished & finished to really high standards - and the welcome treats were the icing on the cake. Everything in the city absolutely walkable. A genuinely lovely place to stay.

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

Firstly Masham is such a beautiful market town, it’s like you have stepped right back in time to C18th, save that there’s a chippy round the corner and some great bakeries and cafes. Jack and Abigail’s wee studio is perfect if like me you want a couple of days of absolute peace. It was spotless, private, safe and had everything I needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. Sue
