Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

The best part is the terrace with sea view. And the beach close by with a nice restaurant. Davide is a super responsive, friendly and helpful host. We appreciated the fresh fruits, biscuits and coffee on arrival, it makes you feel welcome. The only downside is that the appartment was and smelled a bit damp when we arrived. Maybe we were the first after the winter season. We solved it by keeping the door and window open for a while, the room freshner spray that we found and the good airconditioning system.

We spent a great three nights in Maria’s appartment. Maria was an excellent host meeting and greeting us and supplying several useful recommendations. The appartment is in a superb location and the parking is a real bonus. The appartment is very well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend the appartment.

This is one of our favourite places we’ve stayed; it is wonderful! Nico was super kind with check in - he met us down the road (you can’t drive right up to the apartment as it’s just for residents) and took our bags and helped carry them up the stairs and was very patient when we were late due to traffic and travelling with a baby. He did the same when we left despite it being 6 in the morning! He and his wife left us some lovely snacks including milk and oranges from their garden which was very helpful when we needed a quick dinner that evening after a long day. The place itself is beautiful - a typical Sicilian apartment with gorgeous sea views and everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect - a street away from the old town but also quiet and peaceful. We came with our one year old baby and he loved it. Nico provided a cot and a great high chair so that made life much easier. Would highly recommend! Thanks so much for a fab stay :)

Angela war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Kommunikation mit Angela war sehr angenehm und einfach. Sie empfiehl uns für den Abend direkt unten am Strand die Pizzeria aufzusuchen, diese war wirklich top und sicherlich die beste Pizza des gesamten Urlaubs! Die Wohnung und die Terrasse gefiel uns sogar besser wie dies von den Fotos ersichtlich war. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ebenso das Bad, welches auch über eine Waschmaschine verfügte. Rundum war es eine super Wohnung mit einer tollen und ruhigen Lage, wenige Meter vom Zentrum Balestrate entfernt. Ebenfalls war es toll, dass die Wohnung weniger Meter vom Strand entfernt war, sodass man mit einem Bier oder Wein auch mal einen schönen Sonnenuntergang am Strand genießen konnten. Sollten wir uns nochmal für ein paar Tage in Balestrate entscheiden, würden wir nicht zögern und sofort gerne wieder bei Angela in der Wohnung unterkommen!

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in Palermo, we hadden geen beter verblijf kunnen vinden. Het appartement is prachtig met goed bed, mooi linnengoed en fantastisch uitzicht. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en we kregen meteen een hele lijst met aan te bevelen locale restaurants, café’s, musea… ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen. Toplocatie!

Giulia est un hôte accueillant et très serviable. Son appartement est irréprochable et correspond pleinement à la description publiée sur le site. C’est un emplacement stratégique pour visiter la ville de Palerme en commençant par le Palais Royal.

Chiara and Salvatore were exceptional hosts during our stay at their apartment, Vento di Scirocco & Grecale. They were incredibly kind, always available, and ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment is cozy, well-situated, and perfect for a comfortable stay. We are very grateful for their warm hospitality and highly recommend staying with them!

Francesco war der perfekte Gastgeber! Sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns jeden Tag proaktiv mit wertvollen Informationen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und gemütlich, so dass wir uns von der ersten Stunde an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Bemerkenswert ist, dass die Wohnung dank der sehr guten Fenster sehr ruhig ist. Die Terrasse war viel geräumiger als wir sie uns vorgestellt haben und war wunderbar bepflanzt. Wir haben nicht das Geringste zu bemängeln und können die Wohnung mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank noch einmal, Francesco!

L’appartement de Francesca bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement au calme tout en étant à proximité du centre ancien à pied. Il est spacieux, coquet rempli de livres d’art. Rien ne manque! La terrasse verdoyante et fleurie est très agréable. Francesca nous a organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport, c’était fort agréable du fait de notre arrivée tardive. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Merci Francesca!

super appartement. très propre. la propriétaire nous a laissé des délicates attention pour pouvoir petit déjeuner, vraiment très appréciable vu notre arrivée tardive. l'appartement est a quelques mètres à pied du centre historique ce qui permet de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement de tout à pied.le seul petit inconvénient la rue est bruyante même en pleine nuit. antonella est une hote hyper agréable qui nous a donné tout plein d'informations et de bonne adresse.

Esperienza positiva, a partire dal check in, avvenuto verso le 22, con grande disponibilità da parte di Angelo. Abbiamo avuto qualche piccola difficoltà durante il soggiorno, ma con grande proattività Angelo è stato pronto a fornirci supporto, offrendoci anche una colazione ad un ottimo bar vicino dimostrando grande attenzione al cliente. Posizione fantastica, centrale ma non rumorosa e in un palazzo storico di grande fascino. Suggerisco di lasciare qualche asciugamano in più per i soggiorni di 4 notte, com’è stata il nostro. Grazie, alla prossima nella splendida Palermo!

A beautiful oasis of calm in Palermo. Great apartment in a historic building within walking distance of the old area of the city and many of the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Communication with Davide was easy and we appreciated his flexibility around checking in. We had a fantastic time and would visit again.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, private and quiet despite it being in the middle of the ancient center which is quite active. Giuseppe was very helpful in orienting us to the property and the area. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Palermo.

Annalisa und Stefano haben uns freundlich, mit klaren Anweisungen und zusätzlichen Tipps für die Stadt empfangen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir in der Nähe gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ein wenig laut war es tagsüber, weil im Haus renoviert wurde, aber das ist vermutlich nur vorübergehend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Vi hade en toppen vecka. Mysig lägenhet med underbar terrass mot havet och fin gemensam pool. Haft mycket bra kontakt med värden Nicola gav en massa tips och är lyhörd. Lägenhet ligger avskild. Det hörs inga bilar, bara en del boskap som gör platsen harmoniskt. Cefalu finns på 30 minuter promenad avstånd eller 10 minuter med bil. Vi parkerade på den stora parkeringsplats vid havet. Prisvärd och alltid plats när vi var där. Morgondopp och därefter en god kopp kaffe rekommenderas när Cefalu håller på att vakna. Rekommenderas varmt!

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft schön und können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Das alte Kloster ist ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer vom Balkon beim Frühstück war traumhaft. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco war einwandfrei. Er hat sehr schnell geantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir werden wiederkommen :)

Cute, fun apartment. Loved having the hot tub and BBQ. Comfy bed, strong shower, lots of storage space. Kitchen well equipped with oils, condiments, herbs, salt pepper etc. Quick gas hob (an unusual thing in Airbnbs!) Nespresso machine with lots of pods and an espresso pot. Location right in the middle of the action, everything walkable. The owners run a shop too with local delights, looking forward to enjoying my Marsala and chocolate tonight... Stairs not an issue for us, just remember to do the lights as you go!

We have stayed in a lot of wonderful AirBnbs in several countries, and this was by far the best. The apartment was absolutely spectacular, very roomy and modernized. The pictures really don’t come close to doing it justice. Angelo was a fantastic host—very helpful with local information on sights, restaurants, transportation, etc.—and always fast and gracious about responding to what must have seemed like trivial questions that we had at times. It was a fantastic experience!

Rosalia homestay was such a beautiful property with a brilliant host. Couldn’t recommend enough. The views are incredible. Not far from cinisi and Terrasini both great little towns to have a look around. Brilliant beaches and viewpoints just a walk away from the property. Thanks for a great stay Mara :)

Wunderschöne, helle, grosszügige Wohnung in der Nähe von Palermo und dem Flughafen. Fantastische Aussicht zum Meer und in die Hügel. Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, bequeme Betten. Beste Betreuung durch Vincenzo, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, vielen Dank.

Alle geweldige recensies kloppen, dit is echt een geweldig appartement. Het zwembad en bovendek zijn fantastisch, dat vind je nergens. De rest van het appartement is ook prima in orde inclusief een goed bed. Vriendelijke mensen die snel voor je klaar staan maken dit alles compleet. Aanrader!
