The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

Homelea was definitely home from home. Extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly need. WiFi was a major plus! Perfect location for the beach and even though you are next to the road it’s really quiet. Hannah was very friendly and responsive on messages. I have been coming to Walton for years, it’s my happy place and this is the best place I have stayed and will definitely book again

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

The Old School Room was simply perfect! Everything we needed was provided, the apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. We felt so at home and super comfortable. Upon arrival, Mike was extremely welcoming and Judith was very quick to respond to our messages. The apartment is very well located on a peaceful road overlooking the sea. All in all, an absolute gem of an Airbnb!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

We had a lovely time here. We've stayed in the past and booked to come back as we loved it so much. Carly messaged to tell us we could access the house 2 hours before check in which was lovely and unexpected. It was immaculately clean and exactly like the photos. We loved the upgrade to the back garden. The house is within an easy walk of the seafront/beach and the local high street.

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

Excellent place to stay with just 1 min walk to the beach. Our kids loved the place and built lots of Sand castles. The place was super clean and had all the necessary amenities. Thank you Georgia for hosting us.

kleines nettes Haus , innen sehr nett und liebevoll, mehr als der äußere Eindruck verspricht...nahe zum Strand mit Parkmöglichkeit. Den kleinen Garten konnten wir wegen dem Wetter leider nicht nutzen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber

A beautiful cottage in an amazing location. The house is really homely, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The backyard was a fantastic bonus - a real sun trap that made a sunny Easter weekend all the more enjoyable. The area is really quiet and walking distance to great restaurants, walks, the 'beach' is at the end of the lane. The bikes are as described (heavy and uncomfortable) , but if you bring your own the side access to the back yard makes it easy. A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful little part of the world. Cottage exactly as described cosy, comfortable and very convenient for parking, shops and wonderful walks. Johanna provided excellent and very useful information re walking routes and good eating! Perfect location for keen walkers wanting level and safe walking routes!

Had a fantastic stay. Location was perfect. House had everything we needed with loads of extras. The kids really appreciated the toys and books in particular. We’ll definitely look to stay again next time we’re visiting

Fantastic location for a seaside stay for myself, my son and our dog. Couldn’t get closer to the beach which was perfect. Apartment had everything you could have asked for and more. A real home from home experience. Hosts were very responsive giving clear directions and instructions. Will definitely be back again

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Really lovely place to stay and so easy to get to the Beach, playgrounds or shops when needed. Flat had everything we needed as a family.

Great location for us visiting family nearby. Little peace of paradise. Tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden. Carole was a great host, cottage was very welcoming. Clean, warm and cosy. We only stayed one night sadly but could have easily stayed longer. Slept so well in the comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

I met what I wanted, peaceful clean with everything working and easy to get to.

Micheal was really warm & welcoming host, with lots of humour & charm. He makes a mean cocktail in their cool little bar at the back of their lovely danish shop He gave us great recommendations for place to go and places to eat . The studio is above the shop and is very clean with everything you need , perfect for 2 people. When we return to Frinton we will definitely be trying to stay at the studio. Thank you’re hospitably

Had the most wonderful stay here, our second visit. Joanne was extremely helpful and professional. Property is absolutely immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. Position is perfect, quiet, but close to shops, restaurants and beach. would highly recommend and Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful accommodation 🙂
