Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit Charme. Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern/Teenagern eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben vor allem die Nähe zum See und zur Gelateria sehr genossen. Jannika ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sehr, sehr schnell auf Anfragen.

Meine Tochter und ich verbrachten unvergessliche Tage in Milenas ruhigem und wunderschönem Haus mit traumhaftem Garten und direktem Zugang zum See. Überall befinden sich Plätzchen zum verweilen, sei es zum Sonnentanken, zum Lesen, zum Apero oder zum Essen. Das grosszügige und sehr saubere Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Überall hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den See. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Bus hält ganz in der Nähe, so ist man auch ohne Auto schnell in Lugano, Como oder Melide ist. Morcote ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Milena ist wahrlich ein Superhost, sie war immer für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Da unser Auto repariert werden musste, organisierte sie auch alles mit der Garage. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an ihren Sohn Renato! Diese Unterkunft hat 6 Sterne verdient!

Wunderbare Wohnung, alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür! Wir haben uns in der "osteria del teatro" (500m entfernt) Pizzen geholt, diese sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, da es sehr ruhig war. Gerne wieder!

Awesome and huge garden with amazing view to the lake and mountains. The house has 4 bedrooms - perfect for 8 persons. The furniture are old and not modern, but you have everything you need and they correspond perfectly with the place. Fabio&Inna are very helpful and nice hosts. They give us a lot of the hints what to do in Ticino. Strongly recommend this place.

Ravis de nos vacances en lombardie. Ce logement est idealement situé entre les lacs de Côme et de lugano. Tres propre. Calme. Nuits fraiches par ces temps de canicule c est un must!

Es war hervorragend! Der Ausblick, das Haus alles war super! Wenn es etwas kühler wurde in der Nacht konnte man sich ein schönes Feuer machen. Werden sicherlich diese Unterkunft nochmals buchen✨🍀

Excellent logement très bien rénové et très fonctionnel. Les chambres sont implacables ainsi que les salles d’eau. Niveau cuisine , il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour un séjour de vacances en famille. Parking public gratuit disponible dans le village et pas loin du logement. Les attentions d’Eleonora et de sa maman ont été exquises. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette belle expérience.

Sehr saubere, schöne und abgelegene Unterkunft. Von einem freundlichem Empfang bis zur Unterkunft war alles sehr angenehm und absolut empfehlenswert. Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

L’appartamento di Natale è ubicato in modo ottimale nel centro di Mendrisio a pochi passi di tutte le comodità (supermercato, negozi, fermata autobus, stazione). Avendo trascorso una settimana di lavoro all’accademia di architettura, ho apprezzato moltissimo la vicinanza della casa dopo il lavoro. Il quartiere è calmo e le finestre ben insonorizzate. Nell’appartamento tutto è disposto in modo pratico e Natale è stato sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza, premuroso nel farmi trascorrere un gradevole soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno da Natale e non mancherò di rinnovare l’esperienza se dovessi ritornare a Mendrisio!

L’appartement est fonctionnel, moderne et spacieux. On peut s’y installer vraiment. La terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes est agréable. Mais c’est surtout le calme qui est formidable ! L’emplacement est idéal à qui veut faire des randonnées dans le Tessin mais aussi visiter le lac de Côme tout en revenant au calme. Côme est à 20 min. La vallée du Muggio regorge sinon de randonnées sympathiques à 10 minutes de l’appartement. Pensez à la vignette pour les routes Suisses, et envisagez peut-être les courses et les restaurants côté Italie. Un petit commerce de proximité dans le village mais ça reste du dépannage. Séjour réussi !

This cute room was in a such a dreamy place! When you arrive at the location you have no idea what you are gonna see entering this gorgeous back-yard! The room was very clean and the view from the window was stunning! Proper country side! I would prefer if there was a big mirror either in the bathroom or in the room, i missed that cause it is important for me! For someone else might not be an issue! 👍

The place was big, beautiful extremely clean and with very nice views. They apartment had everything we needed and more, lots of attention to detail. Anna was a great host, very responsive and sent us the instructions so we were able to have a smooth check in process. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Wir konnten ein paar tolle Tage im Tessin verbringen. Die Unterkunft hat natürlich auch dazu beigetragen. Man ist sehr schnell in Mendrisio, Melide und Lugano. In ein paar Minuten ist man auch an der Seepromenade bei Riva. Für uns (2 Erwachsene/3 Kinder) war/ist die Unterkunft sehr praktisch und heimisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartamento comodissimo in centro a Coldrerio, tutto benissimo, dalle indicazioni per il check in, all'alloggio davvero bello, pulito e confertevole. Super consigliato per un alloggio nel Mendrisiotto

We loved our stay at Gian Luca's apartment. He was so attentive and helpful and always available to answer any questions. The home is spotless and very comfortable. We do not use a car and were happy that the bus stop was so close, right by the Coop supermarket. We will happily return. Thank you again Gian Luca!

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit im Tessin, die Wohnung ist mega gemütlich und die Terrasse mit Seeblick das absolute Highlight. Man kommt auch gut mit ÖV herum und es gibt viel zu unternehmen in der Region.

Die Wohnung war super und genauso wie beschrieben! Wir haben uns die Woche, die wir da waren, sehr heimisch gefühlt und trotz des nicht so guten Wetters konnten wir viel unternehmen und auch selbst sehr zur Ruhe kommen aus unserem Alltagsstress. Gianfranco und Patrizia waren super hilfsbereit und haben sich auch immer gerne mal erkundigt, ob es geklappt hat oder wir Hilfe benötigen. Wir würden immer wieder zu den beiden kommen, wenn wir zum Lake Lugano möchten!
