Clean apartment .everything was as described, Hosts were very responsive, offered early check-in, gave clear instructions on how to check-in and out and also how to arrive there from London. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend

Had a fantastic week long stay with our two kids (5 and 3). Location is great - a short walk from beach and (in other direction) a nice high street. Lovely setup of house for our arrival: books and treats for our little ones was a particularly nice touch. Would definitely recommend! Garden wasn’t terribly usable as you need to leave the front door and go through side gate (which is clear from description) but meant of limited use for our age children - although we were at the beach most of the time as we had lovely weather so not an issue for us, but may be worth noting for others.

Steven's apartment was truly great and as described. There was everything you needed for a home meal, and instructions were perfectly clear, which made our arrival and check out hassle free. Overall spotlessly clean. The location was a plus! Would definitely book again! :)

Great little flat with a perfect view. Had everything we needed in the kitchen -we managed to cook a roast dinner at home one night. The sunsets are so beautiful to watch from the warmth and comfort of the lounge. Sue is fab and theres enough places to eat nearby if you want to go out.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4 with a teenager and 10 year old. The communication prior to our arrival was very clear and timely. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, just minutes from the beach. We kept commenting throughout that David and Liz have considered absolutely everything their guests would need and require during the stay. It was spotless and very well kept, we will certainly be back!

Had a great stay for the second time. Great place. Had an issue with the fridge but Miles was straight there with a replacement. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely new build apartment, so new amenities and fittings. Well located, easy to find right off the motorways, with dedicated parking spot. Still close enough a short walk and your right in the center. Tom was very responsive to all my messages. Only slight downside, as it’s so new the electric charger infrastructure didn’t seem to work. Worth noting if your electric car only, unless the bay charging gets sorted out, you’l need to take this into account. Otherwise perfect and would happily recommend.

Lovely apartment in the heart of West Bay close to the harbour and beaches. It was just what we wanted and spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable. We have 2 small cocker spaniels and it was great that Chris could accommodate them too. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.

A hidden gem! We only had a quick overnight stay but it ticked all the boxes for us. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, an amazingly well equipped kitchen diner and such comfortable beds with pristine bedding. The property is in the middle of the town but with it's beautiful roof garden, it had an air of tranquility and we had no noise disturbance at all, even though it was a bank holiday weekend. Ruth provided detailed directions beforehand and a warm welcome on arrival and some helpful recommendations for somewhere to eat that evening. A great host - thank you for our stay.

We had such an amazing get away, it was so relaxing and felt like home. Paul was super helpful, made us feel comfortable and gave a great recommendation for food. Close enough to get to the Beach and town but far enough to enjoy the quiet and relax!

Had a great weekend stay, the accommodation is in an ideal location and was perfect for our group of four that stayed there. Will definitely look at rebooting with Conner in the future!

Delightful recent stay at Shawn’s lovely little flat. Only time for 3 nights but we hope we can come back for longer. Lovely comfortable bed and bed linen, and just the right amount of furniture. Everything spotlessly clean and very thoughtful touches of welcome with milk in the fridge and delicious packet of biscuits! Thank you Shawn!

Absolutely gorgeous annex, easy parking and in such a beautiful location. Noreen was very welcoming and it felt like home.

Beautiful, stylish and well appointed flat. Excellent amenities . Lovely outside space when the sun is out. Sue was very helpful and knowledgeable about Bath. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Lower Mill Estate with our baby! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a young family. Our little one loved the soft play and park area, and we enjoyed meals at Balihooo restaurant. A special thank you to our lovely host, Jane, who was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overnight stop in Cardiff for an event, this flat was ideal. Quiet location so no noise to disrupt sleep. Tony couldn’t have been more helpful. Would happily stay there again in the future

Great location with plenty to do nearby, pool and spa facilities lovely, really clean and well maintained, with nice products to use. We had to leave early unfortunately because of my son being ill and in the rush to pack up had left a couple of items behind which Rleanor very kindly offered to post to us.

Thank you Gayatri & Peter! What an amazing place! The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean throughout and equipped with everything we needed. Complimentary coffee pods, tea and milk on arrival were much appreciated. Gayatri was very informative and responsive to messages. We made very good use of the heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoyed complete privacy the entire time. The location is superb, very quiet but not too far from the supermarkets. We enjoyed days out to the nearby Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge and Wells during our short stay. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! We're already planning a return trip. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!

We had a fantastic stay! The flat is really spacious, perfect for a family of 5, spotlessly clean, bright, and very well equipped. The terrace overlooking the river, along with access to the gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, were real highlights. It's just a 5-minute walk to Cardiff Bay, which was perfect. Helen was extremely responsive and clear in all our communication. Highly recommended
