Thank you Jason and Sirem for being such perfect hosts and making our stay at Ionia so memorable. We felt very looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet, with a seating area outside. Have to say the breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had at an Airbnb, incredibly generous and all homemade. And for those days you just want to take it easy and laze by the pool, lunch and dinner can be provided too. Well placed for Ephesus, Magnesia, Sirence and Selçuk and not too far from the beach if you have a car. Great tips for places to visit too. An all-round star of a place.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay here! The room is incredibly cozy, clean, and tidy, creating a warm - like - home atmosphere. The service staff are exceptionally enthusiastic, always ready to help with a big smile. The complimentary breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of choices to start the day off right. However, the most memorable part is the breathtaking view from the mountaintop. Standing there, I was able to witness the most beautiful sunrise, which was truly a feast for the eyes. This place has definitely exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful accommodation experience.

We enjoyed staying at this place. It ismin good location close to Smyrna old town and famous Kemeralti bazaar in Izmir. Apprtment was very clean and owner provided unlimited drinking water which was available on the hall. Thank you!

Lovely people. Enjoyed the stay and the breakfast.

If you are looking for a relaxed vacation spot, this is it. Garden and pool area are worth to spend some time. Located close to the vineyards and the Urla’s center. There is also a winery within walking distance where you can have good pizzas. Amenities are adequate along with a room of a reasonable size and it is also very clean. I’ll not forget Güneş, cute puppy made our holiday better.

Kaldığım dört gün boyunca hiç bir problem yaşamadım, odalar, banyo ve havuz oldukça temizdi. Girayhan bey tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı şekilde çözüm odaklı yanıtlar sundu. Atilla beye teşekkür ederim fotoğraflardaki gibiydi temizlik çok iyiyidi yerler ve nevresimler tertemizdi. Verdiğiniz paranın karşılığını fazlasıyla alıyorsunuz. Sadece odalarda mini buzdolabı olabilirdi sürekli soğuk su almak zorunda kaldık.

Très bon hôtel familial, très propre le ménage est fait chaque jour,l emplacement est proche du centre beaucoup de magasin 5 min a pied, piscine très propre,si vous avez besoin d aides pour des excursions il peux vous aider sans problème toujours la pour le client si j ai la possibilité de revenir ce sera sans problème, merci encore pour ce séjour

The owners were very friendly, which I appreciated at first, but over time it became a bit overwhelming. They frequently wanted to come down and visit. I brought my client for a medical trip, so it would have been more helpful if they had welcomed us initially and then given us space to focus on our tasks without feeling obligated to. During our stay, my client had an accident on the bed, and I promptly paid for the mattress. Unfortunately, there was also an accident on a cloth sofa that could have easily been steam cleaned. However, the host advised that we had to pay the full price of $2,900 USD to replace the sofa. I felt this was excessive, especially considering it’s a rental property where normal wear and tear should be expected.

İlk defa geldiğim Rosy den çok çok memnun kaldım.Tesis tertemiz,sahipleri ve çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü .24 saat görevli var ve her konuda yardımcı oluyor.Konumu harika 20 mt önünde deniz ve üst katta muhteşem manzaralı havuz ve restaurant mevcut.Herkese tavsiye ediyorum bu sıcacık mekanı.

Açıkçası hostellere karşı biraz önyargılıydım ve burası beklentimin o kadar üstündeydi ki muhtemelen bundan sonra konaklayacağı tüm hostellerde aynı kaliteyi bekliyor olucam.

Çok güvenli, temiz blr oda sunuldu. Ev sahibimiz çok samimi ve dürüst blr şekilde yardımcı oldu. Huzurlu ve eğlenceli bir konaklama yaşadık.Çok teşekkür ediyorum.
