Entire house , located in the peaceful village of Penisarwaun, 4 miles from Llanberis. Ty newydd is a traditional Welsh cottage that has been newly renovated. The house can sleep up to 6 guests , with two double bedrooms and a single with bunkbeds . There are two spacious private gardens either side with views of Snowdon/ Wyddfa and neighbouring mountains. The patio garden has a large outdoor seating area . The house also has private parking for two vehicles and fast fibre optic broad band.

We are located just 5 minutes away from the A55 making us a perfect hub from which to explore the delights of both Anglesey and Snowdonia. Also located on the famous coastal path of Anglesey. Fantastic walks straight from the front door & the village (including 2 pubs!) within walking distance. Zip World, Surf Snowdonia & the Conwy coast all just a few minutes drive.

Barn conversion with amazing views

The barn conversion is an 9 minute drive from Anglesey’s Britannia bridge. A footpath runs from the barn to the Menai Straits below. The mountain views from the barn are pretty special. There is a private walled courtyard that is part of the listing. It has a gate that allows a good space for your dog to run around. The barn is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. Our farmhouse is next door. We accept a maximum of 2 small dogs. No aggressive dogs allowed.

One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
