Kaneka's place was terrific! It had everything a person would need as if you were home. We loved the garage for its secured parking. The neighborhood was super quiet. The home was super clean and fully stocked, with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, linens, and extras. Although it was a little chilly to enjoy the backyard totally, we loved the site of the barbeque grills and patio furniture. Loved the cozy breakfast nook! We only had to contact Kaneka about the TV's not connecting to the internet. Nevertheless, the problem was resolved in a relatively short period. We would love to return. Thanks, Kaneka, for allowing us to stay at your place!

Picked this home for its location and amenities for the kids. It was our first time in Memphis, we toured, ate some amazing BBQ, listened to some Blues and even caught a Grizzlies game. We walked to Scooters for coffee every morning and really enjoyed the back yard and all it had to offer. We ate on the outside dining table most mornings for breakfast and dinners. The house was very accommodating, we were traveling with 2 teenagers and an 11year old, there was so much for the boys to do in and outside of the home. Only one small problem, there were a few small ants around the kitchen and a mouse issue. We did find droppings in our Easter prep bag and lost a chocolate bunny to nibbles. I wouldn’t recommend any of the near by grocery stores, will get them delivered next time. Very scary inside, the Krogers and Cash-saver. All in all, it was a great trip, couldn’t beat the location. We made some great memories at the home.

rose was amazing! very responsive and sweet. location was good, in a nice quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes drive to the main attractions.. very close to the airport as well.. would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay outside of Memphis. The home was very clean, had plenty of room for us, and was conveniently located close to the soccer complex and businesses. Sam was very responsive and hospitable before and during our stay.

Excellent communication throughout, from booking to check-in, during the stay, and afterward. The house is very peaceful and two people in our group enjoyed the hot tub. We also had two kids with us who enjoyed playing in the yard. Everything was nice and clean. For us, the house was very convenient for getting to a nearby wedding although it was a pretty long drive into Memphis which we had to do a few times (no fault of the hosts!). All in all, a good stay.

She was quick to respond to my questions. I did have a hiccup with one of my rooms and she fixed the problem immediately. I would definitely stay at her place again. It was also very close to the places that I needed to attend this weekend so that was perfect

I booked this location for a buddy’s birthday, and having several things to do at the house was a big bonus for us. We used the hot tub every night, and the gas-powered fire pit was a big plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Memphis, and this house was a big part of that. The host was also very personable and accommodating. I would book this location again just because of how nice the host is.
