This is a hotel room which the hotel rents out on Air BnB. The room is like a mini appartment with a kitchen and washing machine. As it is part of the hotel I can use their pool and gym which is off site. There is a restaurant with great food and also the front desk staff are great! There is a team stop just up the road and is only 3 min walk down to the river where is there lots of restaurants and cafes. We will he staying here again. Thanks!

This is a cute & comfy little flat within easy walking distance to Southbank and the city centre. Chenlei's place is great for a Melbourne short stay.

Great location with easy access to everything, including public transport into city. Views of the bay from the room and rooftop were amazing. Parking options were good.

Right in the heart of CBD, perfect for a place to stay! Close to emporium and a variety of different food restaurants and dessert places. Room was perfect, great view from above and spacious. Would definitely rebook if given the chance!

Great location to base myself for my visit to Melbourne. Staff were highly responsive, clean and secure apartment that had everything I needed including parking for my hire car and washing machine / dryer to save myself a trip to the laundromat.

I stayed for a little over a month at Joanne's place, and overall I am satisfied with the stay. Location is great and can easily walk into the city under 5 minutes. Bed is comfortable and TV/wifi were great. This place also has a nice view of the sunset. Toiletries were sufficient for a long term stay. There is also a nice skygarden, pool and gym as well that guests can use after completing induction, which I enjoyed. Only negatives I had was that I was relocated from a different unit to this one due to AC issues, and I was charged a small additional fee even after confirming with host that there should not be additional charge. I understand that host can be busy but I did not hear back on my questions sent to the host at least two weeks before my check out. This place has no dryer but has drying rack. Since windows don't open, clothes can smell a little damp after wash. Pleasant stay otherwise and would recommend! Would be better if it had wall adapters for international guests.

We had a wonderful stay in Melbourne with Q Squared! The location was perfect – just a short walk to the tram, close to Victoria Market, and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Just a note: there isn’t a coffee machine in the room, but there’s a kettle for instant coffee. With so many cafes nearby, a machine isn’t really necessary! The team was super helpful with any questions we had and even shared some great local recommendations. The pillows were incredibly comfy, and while the mattress was just okay, it was as expected for an Airbnb-style stay. Having parking included was a huge plus. Overall, a great experience!

I totally enjoyed staying at Martha’s place. I could totally feel their kind consideration while I was staying there. Everything was perfect such as location, cleanliness, hot shower, safety and etc. The house was so beautiful and I also felt like I’m home. Didnt wanna leave their place when I checked out. Lol. Thanks a lot ❤️

We stayed for 28 days at one of Larry’s apartments in East Melbourne, and our stay was definitely wonderful throughout this quite long period. Since I initially contacted Larry about reserving the apartment, he had been very responsive and maintained great communication throughout our stay. When we arrived, we met David (Larry’s son) who was always available and extremely helpful from the day we arrived until the day we checked out. The apartment itself was very tidy, clean, and had a really decent view. The location in East Melbourne is amazing since it combined our most important priorities, which are the quietness and being very close to the CBD. Having a tram station right next to the building had made the stay a lot easier, since the place is very accessible from anywhere in the city. Also having IGA supermarket right next to our building was certainly a privilege. We definitely enjoyed our long stay, and will certainly book one of Larry's units whenever we're around the city.

The apartment very well presented as it was advertised, very clean and very clear instructions with all aspects of accessing thru to using the faciality. The apartment was located well within the city area, accessing essentials was all walking distances. Great Place and location.
