aside from not having hangers to hang clothes, host was friendly, replied quickly, pet friendly with a fenced in yard Lucky had sooo much fun and didn’t want to leave. peaceful and very close to campus for the alumni festivities.

Will seek this same accommodation first, each time we visit the Marietta area. Emily was very friendly, and responded quickly and accurately every time we had a question. The house is cozy and well appointed, in a very walkable location.

We stayed here for our son's graduation from OU. The house was clean and well stocked, including spring water and coffee/creamers available. It was a quick ride back to campus. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience.

Nice mix of antique furnishings with modern fixtures and appliances. The home was beautifully decorated with a nice front porch. Kitchen was adequately supplied with everything needed to cook and plenty of spices which came in handy. Very convenient to downtown Marietta with views of the Muskingum and Ohio Rivers. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space for my family of five to spread out and relax. Jessi was super accommodating and helpful! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay in Rio Grande! The home was perfect and exceeded our expectations! The online pictures didn’t truly capture the charm of the house. It was clean, comfortable and organized. I had the best sleep! Bed was perfect! Thank you Bobbi! Staying at your home was a wonderful experience! We will be back!

This place is a very charming country farmhouse. I wish I had longer to stay because it was so pretty. So many little touches that really make a difference. I would love to rent this place again for sure and stay for a couple of days instead of just overnight. I love the little creek and the fairy lights and the couch on the porch.

Stayed here two years in a row for OU mom’s weekend! Perfect space for kids to hang in basement, while moms can sleep in bedrooms. Outdoor space looks so inviting, but it’s been too cold for us to enjoy it. If you’re looking for a place to host your daughter & her friends- this is it!! It’s not on campus, but that’s also what our girls wanted- to get away! Just a short drive to campus (15 min) though if needed!

This cabin was very spacious. Perfect for groups, we had our family of 5 there and only used two of the 5 bedrooms. The area is beautiful and there was plenty to do outside including the hot tub, swings, grill, and walking trail. I would definitely recommend this chalet.

Way better than pictured. Was so comfortable and had everything we could need. The hot tub was AMAZING! We would love to come back in the summer and relax by the pool.

Oakridge was a relaxing getaway, though not as private as we expected. The cabin was clean, and the porch swing was a nice touch, but carpenter bees made outdoor time challenging. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding, though it was hard to fully relax due to the covers not dropping down, which made it hard to see if anyone was approaching. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the downstairs bed was comfortable, while the upstairs bed was too hard. The wood-burning fireplace was a nice bonus, but we couldn't use the outdoor fire pit due to a lack of chairs. The grill worked well for cooking. The location was great—close to hiking trails and waterfalls. The staff was friendly, and the cabin was well-stocked overall. However, the kitchen window didn’t lock, and there were no curtains on that window, which made us feel a bit uneasy about security.

We had a great weekend stay at the Lazy Rooster! We loved the fishing pond, large outdoor space, fire pit, and hot tub. Would bring laundry detergent, paper towels, and TP. Would recommend this cabin to anyone! Cheryl was a great host — very responsive & accommodating!!

This place was stunning! Great outdoor atmosphere and very private. Truly very beautiful views and peaceful. The only thing that wasn’t expected was the pool was out of service and I wasn’t made aware of that before booking which was disappointing, but everything else was perfect! I would 100% stay here again for another family trip as this place was SPACIOUS. The home was very clean, had a thoughtful design, and was definitely a retreat for my family and I. I talked to Scott and he was so nice and funny! We very much enjoyed our stay and this AirBnB was awesome! #BigCheese

Very beautiful lodge! The lodge was so warming and cozy. Only con I would say is the WiFi was not the greatest at all but it forced everyone to put the electronics down and spend time with one another. Will definitely book in the future!

Absolutely peace parades. Away from the hustle and bulse of city life. Beautiful, swimmable, fishable large pond with a few paddle boats and row boat plus life jackets for adults and children. Nice, Full Length covered front porch with swing and rocking chairs for relaxation while watching the Humming Birds feed from the feeders. They have thought of everything. Inside nice and clean and they even provide Wi-Fi access as well as a laptop for your use. All the cooking gadgets, utensils and cookware needed for anyone working the kitchen plus cooking items like Fish Fry powder, flour, condiments for just about anything 2 coffee makers (single cup Kureg and 12 cup drip both with either Kureg coffee cups or regular ground coffee and filters.) There is just Sooo much that can be said and Rodger N mary went Above and Beyond what you'd experience in most any place you can think of. I forgot to mention the FARM FRESH EGGS they provide. 5 STARS - BIG 3 THUMBS UP. We'll be back!!!

We had a great time at Grace's place. We were there for our daughter's graduation at OU and this was super convenient, only 20 minute drive from Athens we were able to get out of the hustle and bustle of Court st. on grad weekend and have a peaceful cabin getaway. The wraparound porch is stunning, the hot tub was perfect and although we didn't get to use the firepit, it is a nice touch for a late evening hangout. The cabin itself is well stocked with the necessities, Grace has done a really great job of keeping the cabin cozy, modern, neat, tidy and comfortable. There are two convenient bedrooms downstairs then upstairs is a fun space with three more beds and plenty of games and activities. We have already recommended this place to OU families we know to stay at when they are visiting, we will definitely be back next time with are in Athens!

We had a great time at Sweet Pea cabin! Our hosts were super nice and helpful! They even left us flowers and treats for our dog! It was very relaxing and we loved the hot tub. It was awesome exploring the towns nearby and hiking at the national forest. We would love to visit again!

Great house meet all expectations

Rebecca’s cabin was lovely! Exactly as described with a great deck overlooking the river. Our trip was unfortunately cut short by threat of flood, but Rebecca and Leanne were extremely kind and helpful through the process. Thank you!!

The house was perfect! Loved the front porch with the table and chairs! Hot tub was clean! Whole house was clean! The adjustable beds were a nice surprise! The scenery by the fire pit was spectacular!! Definitely would return here when we come to the area again!!
