My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

This was a great place to stay at book at 5:15 PM and we were able to check in at 6 PM. It’s 20 min from Luquio beach, and 20 min from the airport. We checked in, everyone showered, 2 full bathrooms. The host was so kind, bottled water, cans of coke and chips, along with a note. He really came in handy because we hadn’t went to the store for supplies yet. And it was pouring rain. The five of us were able to all have our own beds. As women, we needed some space and rest on our last night b4 travel. Around 8:30pm we decided to go to the movies! The outlet mall is 10 minutes up the street! And there is a 24hr coffee shop near by! The host let us stay an extra hour, while waiting on group instructions from our other members close by! It was very helpful to have the extra time, to sit and plan our Rent-A-Car pick up and drop offs, so we weren’t sitting in the car outside in the rain waiting on directions. Great host, great space, peaceful, gated home, Tv works, WiFi is fast!

The home was a great stay especially for our big group. It accommodates everything when it comes to needing a place to stay and live for a week +. To give a caution the area was warned by other residents that it can be dangerous and not to go out late at night without car but during day is completely fine. That has nothing to do with the house but just a caution. With the house it could use a rotation in new linens and sheets as some old stains showed. Understandably there are lots of insects in the area but a lot of ants find their way inside so some precautions could be done with sprays by windows and entrances to prevent entry before guests arrive. Other than that the house has all amenities you need to live there as if you weren’t on vacation. Price is great for big groups and not the farthest from San Juan and the nearest beach even though you should rent a car anyways. Lastly, the hosts were great as they communicated perfectly with us wether we initiated convo or they checked up

Sergio a été un hôte très serviable. Il répondait très vite à nos demandes. Le logement est bien situé pour aller à plusieurs plages accessibles pour les enfants, proche de el Yunque et le traversier de Ceiba. Il y avait sur place des chaises de plage et une glacière qui nous a grandement servi à nos escapes à la plage. Un gros merci à Sergio de nous avoir accueilli.

We loved our stay at Julie and Pablo’s place! The home is very spacious, clean and has everything you might need. The grounds are beautiful. We had wanted to try out the lazy river but it was closed during our stay. The other pools were great though! The private beach was perfect with such blue water! The neighborhood surrounding Aquátika wasn’t as we had expected but since we were driving to visit other locations it wasn’t a problem. We did enjoy a local pizza place (Rosa’s) and visited the close by supermarket. My family especially enjoyed the rooftop deck and pool table. We would recommend this beautiful home to anyone

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

Edwin and his place were wonderful! We traveled with 4 adults and 4kids and felt right at home. Edwin was very quick to respond and was always checking in even when we lost power for the day. We'll stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and beach supplies. When we return to Puerto Rico we will definitely want to stay in this complex again!

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

nicks place was so lovely !!! the drive was beautiful!!! his place was perfect I used the rooftop more then anything!!!! rooms were very comfortable and clean !!! multiple balconies ...so definitely had privacy. no complaints or any trouble. I was gone exploring puerto rico so didn't get to check out the beach or pool but both looked beautiful I would stay here again forsure!!! He had everything you need ... washer dryer ect ...wine cooler ... peaceful stay.

Stayed 2 nights. Excellent host, super responsive, clear instructions, and friendly. The place is private, well kept with good accomodations (pool, access to a beach - not great for swimming, but to walk -, nice green areas) The place is secure, with restricted access and assigned parking. Very convenient. It is in between Old San Juan and El Yunque, so it between 25 - 35 minutes each way, depending on traffic conditions. The condo is spacious and well kept. It has everything you need. I would recommend this place!

La pasamos espectacular, el apartamento está súper bien equipado. Tenía desde bolas de volleyball, salvavidas, neverita de playa y hasta playyard para mi bebé. Todo hermoso y los host super amables.

Very comfortable and the view is amazing, very tranquil, worth it for sure, the host was so patient, we called him repeatedly with so many questions, hands down the best host ever, thank you, thank you, thank you.

It was a weekend getaway with the family. We chose PR and loved every moment! Location was good and everything was easy since we had a car so we drove all the way to Arecibo and to Fajardo. Highly recommend, Richard was very friendly and always answered any questions I had. Thank you again! Our quick trip to ✈️ PR was AMAZING! 🙌🏼

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

We loved Pamela's condo at Aquatika in Loiza. She was very accommodating, the unit was exactly as described and the booklet full of information on the local beaches, restaurants and activities was sooo helpful! (our friends stayed elsewhere and kept asking us for info from the book!) The resort itself was nice - We loved the beach, and the pools were great (my son especially loved the water slide - wished it was open on more than just the weekend) ...a little disappointed that the lazy river was under renovation, but it shows improvements are being made to the property, so that's a plus - it will be great in the future! Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We had a great family trip!

Beautiful scenery, nice and private location and the apartment was really nice, would definitely be coming here again in the near future !

Fantastic place! Beautiful home and location was fabulous, lots of activities fir the kids and great food and music nearby. Will definitely stay again when I return to PR.
