Two full baths, first floor laundry, outdoor deck and firepit. Ride directly to snowmobile trails, 25-30 min ski at Caberfae & Crystal Mountain, mountain biking, road cycling to Traverse City. Hiking, canoeing/kayaking and ATV/UTV. Hunting season is underway, check Michigan websites for authorized surrounding areas.

IMPORTANT: This unit is upstairs, so renters MUST be physically able to use stairs to access this apartment.
