The Florida Shack

This comfortable, breezy space is tucked right into the heart of Sperring Century Farm -- a 180-acre farmstead that's near town with a way-out-in-the-country feel. It features beautiful farm views, access to oak-shaded walking paths, easy parking and quick access to Live Oak, Spirit of the Suwannee music park, and our area's rivers, springs, and caves. While you're at the farm you can also visit Nana's Party Barn for lawn games, say hi to the donkeys, and fry up a fresh farm egg from our hens!

Quiet Cottage on 41-Acre Farm | Private Front Acre

Welcome to The Little House - a cozy 3 bedroom cottage on its own private front acre at the entrance of our 41 acre family farm. Enjoy peaceful country charm just minutes from town, with a full kitchen, updated bathroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a fully heated, comfortable space year round. Outdoor features include a fenced pergola patio with string lights, fire pit, grill, and porch rockers. Light daytime private farm store traffic may pass behind the cottage. Mid-term and monthly stays welcome.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Lakefront Retreat - Pickett Lake

This is a beautiful lakeside retreat—a tranquil escape in North Florida. Nestled in the peaceful countryside & located on a quiet dead end road. The primary bedroom includes a private door leading to the covered back porch & hot tub 💦 where you can unwind and enjoy breathtaking views of the lake. For outdoor enthusiasts- the Suwannee River, parks & trails are minutes away. The area has many crystal-clear freshwater springs (Ichetucknee, Troy, Ginnie) & is less than an hour from the Gulf 😎

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Suwannee River Chalet

Vacation on the Suwannee River in a secluded home nestled on 18 acres of Florida Wilderness with no neighbors and 700 feet of riverfront. Our beach, at low to mid river level, is sandy and great for sunbathing, fishing, or launching a kayak trip. A short paddle upriver to explore a remote island, where at low river levels, rapids can be viewed. Mearsen Spring and miles of protected wilderness, one mile down river. Hike or bike our extensive system of hilly trails on the property.

Quiet Sanctuary

We want to help restore your soul as mentioned in Psalms 23. If being near the city is what you're seeking, Quiet Sanctuary is not for you. If you love nature's majesty and don't mind a stoplight-less easy road to the nearest small town, then I have the place for you! Come and experience our green pastures with strolling deer and bird song. The peaceful sounds of nature and the amazing sunsets are a delight to the soul. BTW, we are pet friendly. Please read house rules.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

KT's Cabin is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or just a getaway, we hope you will find our cabin's accommodations more than satisfactory and relaxing. Coffee, Tea, and Bottled water are complimentary. Extra blankets for your comfort. Enjoy grilling while relaxing by a campfire. Wood and charcoal are provided. Wifi included with your stay as well as Smart TV.
