Custom built with plant and farm lovers in mind, with greenhouses full of amazing plants to explore. You can visit our farm during your stay to meet our livestock too. Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Watch the wildlife and farm animals or fish for trout in our 1/2 mile of river. Quiet~ private~ breathtaking~ accessible!

The Water Wheel • an A-Frame in the NC Mountains

The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

Come stay with us in beautiful Appalachia! Annie is our renovated 1977 Airstream Argosy. She has traveled the US, but has officially retired & ready for more memories! Early-risers grab your coffee & enjoy the breathtaking sunrise rising behind the mountains, hang with our goats; ducks & chickens or relax in the hammock under the willows. At night have a fire, make s’mores & gaze at the stars! We are 12 minutes from downtown Marshall, 30 minutes from Asheville & Hot Springs!
