Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy both fabulous sunrises, sunsets and views of the mountains that surround you. Sip your first cup of coffee on the spacious screened in porch. Bring your charcoal to grill. Enjoy an outdoor fire (we supply the wood). Well equipped kitchen is begging to be used. Rollaway beds in the closets. Sofabed in great room. Washer, Dryer are available for your use. We are only 10 minutes from I-77 and I-81 freeway. Innkeepers live on site.

Barn House

Ready for a rustic getaway? Our unique rental is located in a working horse barn and wedding venue in the peace and quiet of the country, and less than 5 minutes from I-77! Enjoy your morning coffee on our porch overlooking the rolling hills and pasture fields. Horses do not live in the barn anymore, but in our pasture surrounding the barn. You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

The Boat House

The Boat House is a newly remodeled studio space. It’s a unique place to stay, located on a private dead end road right on the water with beautiful views it’s 5 minutes from I 81. Perfect for Virginia Tech home sporting events. It’s also perfect for Virginia Tech and Radford University Graduations, weekend or weekly family getaway. You will have access to the dock on the property for fishing and swimming, there is available space at the dock if you have your own watercraft.

Bilbo Baggins New River Cabin VA

New River Trail Estate

This spacious home is the perfect place to base your vacation on the New River Trail! We are located on the trail at mile marker 12.5 on one of the prettiest parts of the New River Trail. From the veranda you can listen to the rapids of the New River spilling into Claytor lake. There is a boat launch less than a half mile away offering free river access. Little travelers have their own space with a play room upstairs and plenty of room to play outside.

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house, complete with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range), futon, closet to store clothes or extra people! Kitchenette amenities available, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and George Foreman. If something you need isn't on the list let us know!

The Carriage House

Retreat to the country and experience simple living at its finest! Travel by gravel road to enjoy a peaceful setting with very little traffic. Second story living quarters with everything you need for a delightful stay. Kitchen is stocked with cooking/dining and coffee supplies.. Reclining couch, TV w/ Roku and DVDs (no cable), games, and several books to help you unwind and relax. Cot available for third guest. Now with WiFi!

Buckeye Branch Guest Suite

Drive a scenic, country dirt road to the end of state maintenance to unwind at this tranquil farm! Whether you are passing through the area or desire a longer stay, this is the perfect place to kick back and unplug. Your stay will be in the cozy guest suite of an over century old farmhouse.
