It includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a small living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is sunny, airy with a very pleasant and attractive decoration. Around the premises there are privately owned houses, also supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ATMs, pharmacies and cafes. 100 metres from the apartment there is also free parking.
