Located on a 8 acres of land, this unique home offers expansive outdoor space to enjoy and just minutes to the Brookside mall, Sobeys and NBLC. For the golf enthusiast, the house is within walking distance to the beautiful West Hills Golf Course and for the outdoor lover, the house is minutes from Killarney Lake Park. Killarney Lake Park offers swimming, fishing and a variety of trails. We are located on the bus route and have a dedicated workstation for remote workers. Ample, free parking.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

BOB'S Guest House

This is a cozy well maintained home,does have a private basement apartment, located on the north side of the city, just minutes from either bridge and within minutes to the shopping areas. Walking and bike trails within a few minute walk that could take you over the walking bridge to the downtown district within 30 minutes. Nice quiet area, located next door is the Wesleyan Church. Eight minutes you can be at the major shopping centers and ten minutes at the downtown core of the city.
