We loved our stay at Avtar’s and Sam’s place. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and had great recommendations for things nearby. The home is extremely well decorated and had all the amenities we were looking for (hot tub, sauna, and plenty of space to lounge and hang out). Perfect for our extended upstate vacation!

Was a great stay! Nice location private but not way out of the way that couldn’t reach local attractions easily. Very clean and comfortable accommodations - very well stocked with most basics you would need. The pups loved the yard!

Incredible home! We spent the weekend here with our dog. The large fenced yard was amazing for her. The house is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The view is wonderful. The town is less than a 5-min drive, with wonderful cafes, restaurants, a grocery store and some cool shops. Great place all around and a good size for a larger family or small group of friends too. Thanks for a great weekend!

My husband and I had a great weekend celebrating our anniversary. The house was very clean and was just as described. The hot tub was great. Yard was private and relaxing. Just what we needed. Close to Bushkill falls which was beautiful.

Couldn't have imagined a better getaway in nature. On the property sits all the most natural attributes of what beautiful Upstate NY is known for: expansive grassy yard, large rocks, tall trees, abundance of moss and a bog at the bottom of a backyard forrest. His neighbours and their dogs are friendly but kept to themselves. In such a secluded area, it felt comforting and safe to be in close proximity to other people that we didn't necessarily have to interact with. The actual place is cozy and perfect in size, no frills but absolutely every appliance or amenity I could think of needing was there. the presence of benevolent spirituality in text and decoration, from Jesus to Kali Yuga, could legitimately be felt. Surrounded by so much darkness at night, there was imminent lightness inside hoot's roost.

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

PURE BLISS! The cottage is old, charming, and sits in a beautiful location with amazing views and access to the Delaware. So many varieties of birds to watch. The indoors is very clean, beds comfy, kitchen adequately supplied to cook any meal (but go to TOWN!) Beautiful place to have campfire and relax. The outdoor space is beautifully laid out. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely to walk and the downtown is worth exploring. Hosts were very quick to respond to my texts. The fresh eggs left in the refrigerator were a plus. I can only imagine how awesome this place will be in the summer! Thank you so much! See you again, for a longer stay.

This was a perfect house that felt like home for my family and I. From checking in to checking out and everything in between, Kasey was kind, accommodating, and highly responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. She and her home made it very easy to feel comfortable. I loved the simplicity of her home, the minimalist approach so we didn’t have to worry about all the “things,” and the warm feel overall. From someone who has stayed in my rentals, this has exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

Our group had a great time at Anna’s place. Spacious and comfortable with great views. Anna is very responsive and gave clear check in instructions. Little communication needed given her detailed instructions, and the little communication needed- she was very responsive.

This place is a 10/10. It had so much fun stuff to do in the house that we didn’t even need to leave! I definitely want to book again in the summer so we can enjoy the hammock and the fire pit, unfortunately it was raining and snowed. But it was still a blast! I loved it!

Our family loved staying at Elyse's home! The big kids had a blast playing the games in the basement while the grown-ups enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Elyse went out of her way to ensure the driveway and walkways were salted as there was a lot of ice. She was a wonderful host and we would definitely return!

Our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities and the thoughtful touches that included our dog. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The setting is beautiful! I loved having my morning coffee watching the lake. The little lake house was perfect for a weekend getaway. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return soon! We 100% recommend it.

This is my first Airbnb review, despite how many properties I’ve stayed in. I feel compelled to write because David was amazing. Super accommodating, beautiful property and that hot tub was perfect! He was very responsive, helpful and kind. I would totally stay at this property again. And thanks to the property manager, Don, who was totally amazing as well. I loved every minute of it.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of fun with the games in the game room. It was very spacious for our group of 6. The hot tub was nice and peaceful.

Great Airbnb, from the moment I booked to the morning I checked out. Communication was friendly and prompt. There were no surprises at all - good or bad, everything that were expected and seen from the Airbnb post was delivered, and well delivered. A very charming home with plenty activities to do inside - full game room and open concept kitchen where we spent half of our time ( It’d be nice to have the TV above the fireplace so whoever is cooking can be part of the entertainment as well) My favorite room of the house, “The Sunroom” An early bird myself, I spent all my mornings there, as coffee was brewing, I would fire up the wood burning fireplace. While most of our party were still asleep, some of us would drink coffee while staring at the fire and watching the sun rise through the glass wall. Simply rejuvenating. Summarizing, everything you see online you’ll find at the house , can’t go wrong! Book and Enjoy!

Staying at your home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Alex was always available to answer our questions. What a relaxing and enjoyable weekend we had. We had a perfect long weekend at Steven's cottage. It is bigger than it looks in the photos and was immaculately clean when we arrived. Steven was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. The place is incredibly peaceful, a 2 min walk from the lake, on a private road where Steven owns all three houses. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating to spend time at this oasis with my partner and our best friends. There's a lot to love, but the best part is that the house comes with a private deck and dock, and unlimited access to various boats, to make your lake weekend whatever you want it to be. We loved that we could take our dogs to play fetch off the dock and not worry about getting in anyone's way or having to share any space. It was a great stay and we hope to go back!

Host was extremely kind and quick to respond. Very clear details and instructions. She also recommended local places, sent us events going on during our stay, and told us their favorite things to do in the community which was great and helped us decide what to prioritize during our weekend trip! The lake was stunning and we saw tons of wildlife! We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Place was amazing! Views from the place were fantastic and the drive to Elk mountain was just short of 20 minutes.

We had a great stay. It was just what we needed for a weekend away from the City. The house was clean, the fenced in yard was great for the dog, hot tub was really nice, and the fire pit was great for a chilly night. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again. I had the most wonderful experience. From the moment me and my family arrived, we were blown away by how impeccably clean the entire space was. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathroom, the beds were extremely comfortable and it truly felt like a home away from home. The area is so peaceful, my dog had a ball being able to enjoy open space. The host was absolutely amazing, super friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. Communication was seamless, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I have already recommended this place to my friends and other family members, and I’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!

Great place to stay. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I felt like I slept on a cloud. The rooms feel huge for such a small space and the bedrooms are far apart so it’s private if you’re sharing with friends.

Really cute place. Comfortable beds and Sofas. The propane fire place was ideal. It was cold and icy when we stayed and we pretty much stayed in the whole time. It felt very warm and cozy. John was very responsive and helpful, he made the whole experience very easy for us.

My husband and I spent our wedding night and the first part of our honeymoon at Julius’s tiny home, and we could NOT have made a better decision! It was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It is close many local restaurants and places that we hold dear such as “Heaven’s Embrace” by Eternal Flame of Hope Ministires. The direct river assess provided breathtaking views both day and night, and my husband even caught a glimpse of a bald eagle catching a fish! The home itself was adorable and just the right size for the two of us! We loved spending time outside by the fire while listening to the river. Julius was so very kind and informative throughout our entire experience! We truly can not recommend his tiny home enough, or any of his other properties which I hear are just as beautiful as well! The only “issue” that I believe has been noted before is that the water smells at times; however, it wasn’t a huge problem for us, and would definitely NOT stop us from booking again! ?
