We had a multi generation family gathering (13 adults and 6 kids) and everyone loved the stay. There was enough bedrooms and bedding for everyone. The place is extremely well stocked with all the appliances and cutlery and place settings for such a large group. The on property entertainment options were fantastic and well curated. The oldest generation went for long strolls on the expansive property and played corn hole. Middle generation played volleyball badminton softball TT and the kids loved running about the house, playing foozball and sprinkler and water games. House WiFi was good (necessary since no or low cell signal). Host was responsive during the stay and had their property manager assist promptly when we needed some help. Grocery stores within 10-20mins. Everyone had a wonderful peaceful time.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at Roman's beautiful home! Getting into the home was easy and we were in love as soon as we opened the door! Before I could even get out of the car the teenagers were changed and jumping off the end of the dock. The house was exactly as pictured, open and beautiful! I spent most of my time on the deck reading a book and overlooking the water. The teenagers loved the hot tub and the accessibility to the lake. We brought paddle boards and had a blast using them up and down the lake. The fire pit was a nice touch where we enjoyed smores every night. The kitchen was well appointed and open to the massive dining room table. The lower patio was absolutely stunning with the lighting and super awesome whiskey barrel and live edge table and chairs. The kids also enjoyed the basketball court! I highly recommend Roman's house and we will definitely be returning again next year!

Could not recommend this stay more! I booked for my family for Christmas (~11 people total), and we had more than enough space to go around. The area was serene, the house immediately felt like a home and was easy to settle into (well-equipped for all our needs, warm given the snow, plenty of DVDs and board games), etc. For anyone considering staying in the Poconos in the winter, this is an incredible choice! For anyone staying in the summer - I have no comment, but given the furnishings and vibes, this would be my first pick for a summer lake trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Joe and Amy’s place! The space was cozy and inviting. We love that we were able to bring our dogs with us. The property is located in a very rural area, so it was very peaceful. Unfortunately it rained during our whole stay, but it would have been great to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub.

Gorgeous house, super clean and tidy inside, with comfy and modern furniture. The hot tub was fantastic, make sure you turn off the lights so you can see the stars! The only other heads up I’ll give is that the way to get in is through the back entrance! We tried the front door for like 5 minutes until the electronic lock blocked us from continuing haha. Great location to get away from the city for a weekend and go hiking. Lots of great trails really close by.

Julie's place was the perfect winter getaway. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna warmed us and the very well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare great meals. The house was beautiful, with two living rooms for different activities and energy levels, a game room downstairs, a dining room with a large table and chairs, and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Julie texted me to make sure that our every need was met. We had a snow and ice storm, and she had the driveway and walkways plowed, shoveled and sanded twice, and kept plenty of salt on-hand. We hope to return sometime in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pond, too.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of excellent! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful ambiance and attention to detail throughout the home. Every room was comfortable, well-appointed, and loved by everyone in our group. The property was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Great few days out of the city. It feels like the middle of nowhere but it’s 5 minutes away from center of Jeffersonvile’s main streets. Clean, spacious cabin was way larger than expected. Hot tub was private and great to unwind. Stephen was a great host who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Will book again!

James saved our cozy Valentine's Day getaway after another host cancelled on us with less than 36 hours to check-in. This cabin exceeded expectations in beauty and peacefulness. Wish I could have enjoyed more of the property but with the snow it's was tough to get around (although stunning to look at). Perfect place to disconnect and unwind.

Great location with a great host, Bridie’s home is a wonderful place to experience NY state. From the privacy and comfort, to the peacefulness of the area, this was a much needed relief from the city life. Bridie as a host was very accommodating, had great recommendations and info about the local area, and made our stay welcome to where I’d recommend to anyone considering!

Where to begin...Joshua's Outlier Inn microcosmos is really the loveliest place and has such variety of things to see and do. About half of the compound is little cottages and bungalows that are fully winterized and with all modern conveniences, including wifi. We staid in the bungalow for 5 nights and loved it. The other half is a summer-only "glamping" setup with a variaty of geodesic domes, tiny homes and cabins, with shared outdoor kitchens and showers and with outhouses. Communal year round sauna and hot tub. The place has sheep, chickens and alpacas, a great little farm store with local products to eat, read or wear. Meticulous recycling and composting. Great hikes, eats and breweries are nearby. We had such a wonderful time and were able to come with three dogs, who loved every minute as well. There is no doubt that we will be coming back, and soon.

This was our second vacation at this cabin and it was even more cozy for being familiar to us. We had a wonderful 8 days in nature and had a very hard time leaving. Smallwood forever!!!!

10/10. We had a great time at the barn this week. Everything that we could hope for. There was plenty of space, a very well-stocked kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and great views. Thanks for hosting

We had a great stay. The home was comfortable, spotless, and had a very well stocked kitchen. Erik was communicative and helpful.

Really cute place. Comfortable beds and Sofas. The propane fire place was ideal. It was cold and icy when we stayed and we pretty much stayed in the whole time. It felt very warm and cozy. John was very responsive and helpful, he made the whole experience very easy for us.

We had a few families go in together on the house. We went tubing at Shawnee and had group dinner at the house. We enjoyed the hot tub and stared at the frozen, snow covered lake. It was a great weekend and a good place to hunker down for the weekend.

we were 9 people and had a comfortable, relaxing stay at RJ's place. We were looking for a cozy place in quiet area. The jacuzzi and kids games upstairs where great.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, very warm despite the cold, and had a terrific pool table and air hockey table. Our family relaxed and spent good time together.

Only down fall which is a perk security little rude not the owners fault. How was great Kids loved it only issue I could say which I will book again and communicate better it the driveway. A lot of rain and it froze. So it was bad getting into driveway. Next time I’ll ask about putting salt down. I was hesitant because it’s not my property and some people don’t like that but besides that great communication clean appliances and everyone loved their area

Roman and Julia were amazing hosts! We had some unforeseen circumstances with our previous AirBnB house and Roman was kind enough to allow us to check in early at his Lake house with little notice. The house was warm and welcoming. Julia was helpful in showing us where the pool was located and even allowed us to enjoy our stay longer than we planned. Their hospitality really elevated our stay and allowed us to enjoy our relaxing vacation with our family.

We had a great time here. This is a dog and kid friendly stay with board games, TV and most kitchen supplies. The house is cozy and we had a lot of fun! Don is super helpful, responsive and considerate. Great place to chill with friends and family!

We absolutely adored our stay! Ted and his wife were very quick with communication and she even gave us the history of the property which was very interesting. They felt like family but gave us complete privacy. We will be returning again and again for sure! The perfect weekend getaway!

I cannot say enough about this place!! Lisa was extremely responsive and kind. The house is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family adventure. There are SOOOO many things to do here for kids and adults of any age!! We relaxed in the hot tub, kayaked to the little beach, drank coffee on the swings overlooking the lake, played pool, ping pong and foosball. We even enjoyed an amazing home cooked dinner. The House is FULLY stocked for everyone, even a chef like myself! I would DEFINITELY return during the warmer months but this little fall escape was exactly what my little family needed!
