With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). Our cabin holds a special meaning to Julie and I. We poured our hearts n souls into the cabin to make it special. The interior wood finishes were extract by us n came from an old dairy barn. We gave the wood new life for many years to come. We hope you take time to notice the character of the wood and enjoy. NO PETS ALLOWED. Owners live on property. Travel time to Kyle Field is 35-40 depending on gameday traffic the closer you get to College Station.

The Crappie Hole Bungalow is a fisherman's dream. Access the Beautiful New dock to secure your boat or swim right off the pier. To top it off, you can unload your boat at the community ramp just outside to the right. If you're not a fisherman, you can still enjoy the sunshine while getting a much needed R&R. The bungalow has been recently updated with new floors and a kitchen designed to grill the day's catch.

This beautifully restored 2 bedroom home from the early 1900's has all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown Franklin, with a coffee shop and donut shop both next door. Close proximity to the Franklin Ranch Park and the Franklin Drive Through Safari and walking distance to everything throughout downtown Franklin.
