Beautiful place and a spectacular Host! Nicky went out of her way to accommodate us and was very helpful. I would definitely love to stay again and spend more time here !

Jenny’s place was exactly as described — and even better. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, cosy, and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was really easy, communication with Jenny was great, and she had a fantastic list of local recommendations waiting for us on arrival. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed the well furnished kitchen. Would be nice if a way to make coffee was provided and a working dish washer. Other than those two small details, the backyard is really nice and the location close to the beach is great. The BBQ is great for cooking up some lamb and veggies.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Mark’s place was a perfect set up for our family’s Easter weekend holiday. Great sized bedrooms, spacious kitchen/dining/living area, modern facilities and all the home comforts. Mark is a great host and very attentive when needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Mapua is a great place, and Boathaven Cottage is a great place to stay at Mapua. Easy walking distance to everything, very well set up with everything you might want, a fire for ambiance, and heat-pumps for ease of use, and the most well equipped kitchen I've seen since I stopped renting my own AirBNB. My wife also enjoyed the spa-bath several times. For the bikers/mountain bikers - the wood shed (right by Cottage) has power sockets to recharge your electric bikes (if you are old like me). Due to cottage being very private, I was happy leaving my bike in shed charging. Diane was always quick to respond throughout process. left thoughtful items in cottage like coffee pods and chocolate and also advised us the annual Mapua fair was on when we stayed. Very thoughtful.

Robyn's Nest is a very lovely and cosy house. Very clean, well-appointed, and has comfortable furniture. While it is someone's home (so they do have some of their stuff there), that means that the place has everything you need. The toilet was a bit cramped but no big deal because the spacious lounge and kitchen, plus the beautiful backgarden more than makes up for it. It was raining the whole time we were in Picton but there's a covered deck where we could chill outside.

An awesome place to stay. So many recommendations in the folder Paula had on the bench. I left something behind that I didn’t realise and Paula messaged and we organised getting it sent back to me. Very friendly and helpful. The place smelt amazing as well which I just love!! So close to town and would definitely stay again if we head that way again.

Rachel’s home exceeded our expectations. Golden Bay is such an incredible spot, three days wasn’t enough to experience all the area has to offer. The kayaks were an awesome inclusion. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Beautiful location and great simple cottage. Everything you need, and very peaceful tucked away against the Kahurangi National Park. The view into the valley is fantastic, beautiful in the rain and sunshine.
