The host was very friendly, it’s in a great location and very clean and cute.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location! I was within walking distance to EVERYTHING!! It was so cute and just big enough for the weekend.

We had a great time! The space was exactly what we needed. Host was very helpful when we left something in the unit and had to come back.

Perfect for staying close to my son (at WVU) for move in day. All of the instructions were easy to follow and the place was clean and nice!

You guys are amazing! The price is just right! The location is even better with lots to do and plenty of places to get food from 🥘 I love how clean it is. I love how big this B&B is. It’s one of your guys’s best so happy that I get to come and stay and you guys are effective with communication I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The stay at Erica’s was perfect for our needs. The apartment is decorated with such a lovely, thoughtful design. The location was great for walking along the river and checking out local places. Erica was very communicative and very kind. Highly recommend staying here during your time in Morgantown!

Alex and Rebecca went above and beyond expectations and were flexible when we needed to extend the stay another day. They were fantastic at communicating to ensure that we were able to get into the building and sent multiple recommendations on things to do and places to eat while we were there. Beyond amazing hosts 10/10 would recommend staying here. Thank you Alex and Rebecca for being so great!

It was the perfect place for my family to stay for the weekend. It's close to the campus but in a nice out of the way neighborhood.

This place was amazing. We rented out two of the apartments and they were spacious and a lot of fun to stay in. There are a lot of great things to do within walking distance, and the mural on the side of the building wasn’t added plus. 

Great location, cute as a button, nicely decorated including some handmade items for sale. Much larger then what it looks like in the pictures. We were just overnight guests on our way home, but Cathy had everything there to accommodate longer stays. Would highly recommend to any future guests, and couldn't find a nicer host to make you feel at home. The only down side is if you are a late sleeper, the garage door opener under you may have you awake a little earlier then expected. We are putting a star on this one for possible return next year.

very cozy, charming apartment. Having the private parking is a major plus and communication from the host was excellent. very conveniently located and the view is pretty nice too. :-) would absolutely recommend to everyone, especially those commuting to the university!

Instructions for the apartment were well thought out and easy to follow. We enjoyed staying here!
