Enjoy a small, but polished bungalow built in the 1930s. 2 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, fenced private yard, and great location to all things racing and Indy! 5 Short miles to downtown and a 15 minute drive to the convention center. 1 dog is welcome! Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

Our property is a quiet rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within 15-20 minutes of city life and shopping. Your private unit is located in our brand new pole barn on our historic farm. It is a lower level unit that sleeps 4 and has 1 bedroom and 1 bath.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on the river. You will be immersed in wildlife right in the middle of the city. Morning coffee never tasted so good overlooking the river on an elevated deck. Explore the river on the kayaks provided. Lounge on the dock, in the yard, or up on the deck in sun loungers with a gas fire pit. Your body and mind will thank you for relaxing at this beautiful retreat!
