Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely home and hosts! Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for a long term stay!

Booked for a work trip. During the brief downtime I had it was a very pleasant area to walk around. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. I wanted to do regular cooking while I was there but I found it difficult since there was only one pan and it was small. Grocery store was walking distance and lots of restauraunts if you prefer that over cooking.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! It was exactly what we were looking for and in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Indianapolis. We hope to come back next year! Thank you Kimberly for great communication during our stay!

Ta’Keyah was very nice everything was very clean just like listed. It is a very welcoming and cozy apartment. The communication was great and she let us stay an hour after check out time!! I would definitely recommend and will be staying again!

I stayed at Rodneka's place for a family event and I'm glad I did! The apartment was as listed and photos were accurate. It was very quiet, the apartment was very comfortable and one of the nicest airbnb's I've stayed at. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Rodneka's place if you are in the Indy area.

Who could ask for anything more? Everything was as listed, and the co-host was great at their job! We enjoyed our stay :)

Very cozy & clean space. Had all the basics you could possibly need. The fire pit was an exceptional amenity our daughters loved. Great location especially if you are attending the 500 festivities in May. Host was readily available for help & offering suggestions & he responds promptly. Would certainly stay again & recommend!

This home was absolutely ideal for our trip to Indianapolis. It came fully stocked with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—a thoughtful touch that made packing much easier. The kitchen was impressively equipped with everything we needed, including utensils, pots, pans, and even a griddle. When I reached out to the host upon arrival, she responded promptly and was incredibly helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this home for anyone planning a visit to Indianapolis!

We absolutely loved our stay for the weekend!! It was beautiful and in a really nice and peaceful neighborhood. It was close by everywhere we planned to go. We enjoyed the space and felt right at home. Despite the weather, the backyard was very relaxing and our son enjoyed running around playing when we could go outside. The hosts were very communicative, friendly, and made sure our trip was perfect! The next time we stay in Indianapolis, we will definitely be planning to stay at this home again. Thank you for hosting us, it was absolutely perfect!

This was a great place to stay for our trip to visit family in Indy. The house was comfortable and the area was quiet. There was street parking but we never had a problem finding a spot right in front of the house. Tony is a great host!

The townhouse itself was lovely and well maintained! The host was kind and provided all of the necessary information. It was within 30 minutes of downtown and Fishers where we spent most of our time as the immediately surrounding shopping areas were not the greatest. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the value.

We loved this beautiful home! So much space, very welcoming and had everything we needed. David was super helpful and always replied quickly. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Great space! I had an unfortunate change in my arrival time and was Lystina was gracious enough to accommodate! The place was clean, with a lot of comfortable spaces to sit and be in. The description of the pace and surroundings were spot on. Easy walk to the convention center, the bars and restaurants on S. Meridian St, and the basketball arena. I recommend this, and would get this space, again!

Tim's place has become my home away from home! Tim is so very welcoming and the space is great period the location is perfect and very safe.

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for the Taylor Swift Concert! Ellie was VERY responsive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable with the listing and everything was a described. Parking on the street was very easy and always available. Ellie recommended Leviathan Bakehouse, just at the end of the street-- it was delicious! The Garage Food Hall is also in walking distance and fun atmosphere. Easy to get downtown by car for the concert. Ellie was always willing to help. When we only had 2 towels, she helped to bring more. Price was high, but that was expected for the weekend we visited. Only downfall was strong use of vanilla air freshener and some corners were a little dusty, but I think that was just due to being an older flat. Thank you for helping make a wonderful and memorable weekend for 3 Swifties!

Had a lovely stay. I had to contact the host two separate times (no big deal) and they were immediately responsive. Which as a guest is very appreciative. The place was exactly what you see in the photos. Personally I thought the couch was comfortable. Would stay again.

Came for the Indy Mini over the weekend, very close to the race start line (~1.5 miles), but not too close to downtown where it was noisy at night. Ginger communicated very well the entire time, and was able to be flexible with out checkout time (so we could get back from the race and cleaned up before leaving. Would definitely stay here again!
