Jeśli będziemy jeszcze w okolicach to mieszkanie będzie naszym pierwszym wyborem. Właściciele bardzo pomocni, o wszystko zadbali. Polecam w 100%

Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Fabio was a wonderful host! He met us at the train station in the evening after 8pm which was extremely helpful and kind and walked us the apartment which is only 3 minutes from the train station! He showed us places to go for breakfast and where to get groceries on our walk to the apartment and explained everything extremely thoroughly. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our stay. We said we wished we could have stayed longer! Fabio was extremely clear in instructions and very accommodating, he even heard our plans and gave us personalized advice for our stay and the length we had to be able to have the best experience in La Spezia. It was a lovely stay, we highly recommend this apartment and Fabio as a host!!

Just quick one night stay before visiting Carrara but everything was perfect. We had a very peaceful sleep.

Logement très agréable, spacieux et au calme bien que proche du centre ville. Il est très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pieds.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Elias et Egle. La maison est en hauteur avec une superbe vue, dont nous avons pu profiter depuis les 2 terrasses. Elias et Egle ont eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher à Arcola lors de notre arrivée afin de nous montrer le chemin jusqu’à la maison. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement !

Lorenzo’s is a comfortable and very clean ground floor apartment with the bonus of a nice terrace with table and chairs and a parking space. It’s a quiet leafy area just outside the city walls but the old city was easily walkable in about 10 minutes. There are local shops and a big supermarket even closer. Lorenzo was super responsive at all points of contact. Thank you Lorenzo.

Realmente todo salió como lo planeamos y en esto el alojamiento tuvo muchisimo que ver. Excelente Leonardo como anfitrion en todo y excelente la ubicación y las comodidades del departamento. Super recomendable para disfrutar de La Spezia y Cinque Terre. Gracias por todo.

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

This stay has been the best AirBnb experience i’ve had so far, all thanks to Massimo and his wife Brunella. Both have such kind and welcoming souls and were eager to help us with anything including transport and food. I highly HIGHLY recommend staying here especially if you’re open to the idea of “la dolce vita”, being present, and simply talking to Massimo about life. I don’t think i’ll ever forget my time there. On top of this, the actual space was beautiful, equipped with everything, and felt like a really lovely home. I felt really welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in the house. I stayed with my mom and sister and the three of us truly enjoyed our stay! (used the kitchen, enjoyed our hot showers, sat outside in the garden, played some board games). I hope to come back some day and stay with Massimo again!!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Cinzia et son mari sont supers accueillants et très au service. nous avons passé huit jours merveilleux. nous recommandons bien évidemment.

L'appartamento di Dunia e Claudio ci è rimasto nel cuore!! È immerso nel verde rilassante delle Alpi Apuane, ed è stato molto comodo per partire a piedi per le escursioni alla cascata dell'Acquapendente e alla Pania Forata. Host reattivi e gentili, casa molto spaziosa e dotata di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo!!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

Wow! Elisabetta's place in the heart of La Spezia is just wonderful. So much thought and creativity has gone into its design and quirky touches. One of the most original places I've stayed in! I was right at home from the moment we arrived. Location is brilliant. Five minutes from the train station, right in the heart of the city's bars and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk down to the harbour.

Lägenheten var mycket bra, nära stationen, trevlig balkong, rent o snyggt. Kan rekommenderas.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Adriana dès notre arrivée. Merci à elle! L'appartement très bien situé est extrêmement mignon et bien équipé. L'immeuble est beau et atypique. Ce fût un plaisir d'y séjourner! Je recommande chaleureusement cette adresse! 🌻💙

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Merci Grazia pour votre accueil et vos bons conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir d'autres pépites aux alentours des Cinque Terre et de La Spezia. Le logement est confortable et agréable, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. La place de stationnement est un vrai plus pour le confort du séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement où la gare, les bus, le port sont facilement accessibles et permettent de découvrir cette belle région. Grazie mille !

Fulvio a été très accueillant, nous avons apprécié ses instructions claires et toutes ses bonnes recommandations. Le logement est facile d'accès, à 5 mn de la gare de Migliarina, où la correspondance avec la gare de La Spezia Centrale vers les Cinque Terre se fait facilement. Le logement est très spacieux pour deux, propre et tout est prévu pour un court séjour. La petite terrasse est très agréable. Je recommande !
